Hotel is located off the interstate looks to be pretty modern. Front desk staff has been good

Once there because my flight was canceled and I couldn't get another flight until the next day, however the manager was at the front desk when we arrived send he was extremely pleasant. Made us feel at ease during a frustrating situation.

Great staff. Close to shopping and free shuttle to airport. Has a bar and full restaurant, which is nice if you don't want to go out

The first and second floors rooms generally do not have a fridge or microwave. Breakfast is not included but if you remember to hang a refuse service sign on your door they will give you a $5 coupon. It is enough for a beer or the mixed drink special of the night. Only one coupon may be used per visit and they usually expire after a day. There are a few places to eat within walking distance but they require crossing busy roads. The hotel van can give you rides but they can get busy. If you are arriving on 183E the hotel entrance requires a slightly aggressive lane dive once you exit the highway. Rooms are clean and functional, amenities can be lacking, location is alright so I give 3 stars.

Nice hotel near the airport. Used by a lot of airline employees for obvious reasons. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and overall the place is very clean. That said, the bathrooms in the guest rooms could use a little work. I had a slow to drain tub which wouldn't be bad, except I'm one of those 15 min shower guys. So by the end of my shower I was ankle deep in water. Besides that though, nice place if your passing through and only have shuttle service as your ride around town.

I've stayed there for work. It's a very convenient hotel, with several restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable.

The front desk agent wasnt very welcoming. Needs to improve his customer service skills. He was the darker foreign accent guy.

Good hotel. Nice restaurant in the hotel which unfortunately means no free breakfast. Good for one night but no fridge or microwave in some rooms.

Excellent mid-level hotel close to DFW. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great restaurant open from 6am until quite late at night. I travel constantly for work and can say this particular hotel is one of my favorites!

This is a great hotel in a perfect location to be able to jump on the highway and get anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth area quickly. The staff were very nice, clean rooms, and really made my visit nice. I will be back.

Just average overall, as the front desk staff on my arrival last night were more into talking about their social life than checking in guests. The morning staff was 100 % better.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Small snack area if you need a quick bite. They also have a restaurant that is open late. Nice outside pool, but no jacuzzi. Backdoors don't have key card re-entry, so if you park in back it is very inconvenient. Card entry by pool. Overall good experience.

Accessible nice hotel near off-ramps, nearby restaurants within a few miles, gas stations close by as well makes this hotel very convenient. Check in was easy, friendly staff, rooms are nice size with comfy king bed & pillows, 32" flatscreen, coffee maker in the room but no microwave or mini fridge, towels were nice and thick as well.
Hotel has mini store for sodas, snacks and candy, also a restaurant inside.
There is NO free Continental breakfast and depending on how you booked your room is if your get the free made to order breakfast. My only complaint there , hotel should half on breakfast at least instead of that price.response / report this review -

Location is very convenient right off of a major highway. However, as a result, there can be a lot of traffic noise depending on the room location and the time of day. Rooms are cozy, but smaller than I'm used to at most hotels. The elevators are very slow. Customer service is excellent from both the front desk and the restaurant/bar employees. Portions I received from the restaurant were good quality​, but small.
