Every time I have to bring my son back to Cook Children's Hospital for appointments we always try our best to stay here because we love this hotel. Clean rooms and beds, great parking lot and the best customer service from everyone here!

Lynn at the front desk is amazing. She was able to lower the incidental on my card by half. Was really in need of a room & almost broke. Immaculate rooms, wonderful service overalI, delicious breakfast. Not to mention check out/check in was no hassle whatsoever. Also immediately off the I-30 so getting anywhere was a snap.

Friendly service clean rooms and a indoor pool/hot tub open till midnight. Breakfast has many options and is freashly made every morning. Would recommend to all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. We all loved the pool area! It wasn't huge, but it was a nice enough size, clean, and the hot tub felt amazing! Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. There was a pretty big selection. We would stay here again!

Very clean and accommodating hotel for our stay. Happened to be conveniently located 3 miles from our family visit. Very nice and friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, great breakfast fare. Stayed here two years ago and would stay again!

My family and I recently stayed here while we had our newborn at the hospital (Cooks). If I could give this place ten stars I would. The staff is incredible!!! We felt right at home no matter who was working. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Easy parking. Customer service was superb!!!!

Relatively easy to access. Clean lobby, friendly desk staff facilitated quick check in. While the room was smaller than expected (double room), it was clean and decently appointed.
