This place is run down, stains are everywhere, the sink for the bathroom wasn't even sealed to the counter. Doesn't smell good at all. Fire extinguishers looked out of service. Bugs everywhere. Very unprofessional. I don't even recommend it for a night.

Bobby is an awesome manager! Always available when needed and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. The washing machine was broken and he immediately fixed it. The power went out, and he was up most of the night getting it back on. Truly a God send. You can't expect much for a place like this but the management did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We just checked out to go for breakfast, continental breakfast was seriously bread and cereal but no milk available. Our stay was an awful experience! The rooms are very outdated and run down, the furniture is broken n stained. I could of dealt with that issue but we were on the 1st floor and our room smelled like mold/mildew so bad it made us sick. The sidewalks are disgustingly dirty and cigarette butts everywhere. I feel horrible for any families that have to be there for more than one night and this IS NOT a safe place for children to stay. It is a shame because this hotel has so much potential and is in a great location. It needs new owners who would take pride in having the opportunity to make it a memorable place to stay rather than their guests leaving in such disappointment.

This place is a dump. I got a room with double beds and the beds are only big enough for one person. It was so uncomfortable. The room was dirty. The inside of the refrigerator looked like a science experiment gone wrong. There were stains on the walls, stains on the shower curtain, stains on the floor, stains on the stains. This was the second room they moved me to because the first was worse than this. I asked for a really clean room and this was the best they had to offer.WOW. They really need to shut this place down and do major renovations. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Our favorite cheap hotel! Don't expect luxury - it's just a place to sleep. Very basic, but it's what we needed. Our girls actually love that it's a purple castle!!

They need some serious interior work.

Electrical outlets are old and barely hold a plug. Guest laundry doesn't work/exist. Price was what we could afford, and was at least clean.

We reserved our room online and arrived around 12:45 am. The front office was locked and closed. There was a room key waiting outside for us with our name on it; however, there was no room number written on it. We called 3 times before someone finally answered, and they told us a room number. When we went to that room, the key did not work. As I write this, it is 1:21 am and we still have not been able to get ahold of any staff member and still don't know which room is ours. I have never been to a hotel that doesn't have someone in the office 24 hours. Do not recommend this place.

Idk why people are so critical of this place. This place has all the essentials, and that's really all that matters. Slept like a dream, and the lady up front was really nice. And yes, there is wifi.

The good: it's cheap and close to Disney, rooms are clean, staff was nice, in a safe area with no weirdos wandering around The bad: wifi doesn't work in rooms, shower only gets warm and not hot, room smelled weird

You get what you pay for. The bright color of the building is different. I did feel like one of the beds in my room wasn't cleaned. It's your typical cheap motel in my opinion.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price! We've been coming here for years.
The updates to the rooms are awesome! Best night sleep in a long time the beds are super comfy

1) Less neatness. Used slippers all the days
2) No drinking water available for free (Need to buy it from dispenser). I bought bottles from nearby Walmart
3) Air cooler unit is very old and not much effective
4) small Microwave & is also very old and not much useful for me
5) Refrigerator is worthless and small in size (2.5 feet height)
6) Better avoid breakfast otherwise you will hate it. (one loaf Bread, Less Corns, one gallon Milk, Butter & Jam). They refill as and when these items (???) get over. No drinking water at dining.
7) Lot of parking lots available and it is open 12 AM everyday

Sucks. Unclean. Smells horrible. Not safe. Wifi not in rooms. Small counters. Lights don't work. Toilet don't flush. Ac doesn't work properly. All around very very horrible
