Nice private room with kitchen. 1 bedroom with shower, bathroom, & Jacuzzi. Sofa bed with another private bathroom. Hotel security on point. No complaints.

What a wonderful apartment! Given I booked it at a fraction of the cost of all the local hotels, I wasn't expecting much. Fortunately, I was thoroughly impressed by the legitimate full-sized apartment, complete with a full kitchen. If I'm ever in the area again, this is where I'm staying.

    STAY AWAY!
Just got back from a 3 night stay at Fantasy World 2/Festiva Resort. After falling for a vacation offer that we purchased a few months ago we finally stayed at the resort this weekend. The place is a dump. It's nothing more than a Time Share/Vacation Club SCAM! I felt like I was taken hostage by their hard sell presentation that we had to attend even though we had paid fully for the room and received no other perks! Everyone involved with this company is seedy and should be ashamed of themselves for attempting to swindle people out of money to sucker them into a pricey commitment with their company. Don't take my word for it, do your research! Multiple class action law suits against them. Shame on these people! They should not be allowed to conduct business. Nothing but a SCAM! Stay away!!

Amazing hotel!! All the workers are fantastic!! Jared at the front desk was great and very helpful! Everyone is super nice! The rooms are very clean and loaded with everything you possibly can need! The pool are is great and it’s heated! The landscaping is very kept up and looks great! The hotel is also very close to everything you may possibly need there’s a Walmart right next to it and a bunch of stores!! I definitely plan on coming back and I would recommend this hotel to everybody !!

Visited family that stayed there so I didn't get the full experience but the short time I was there was nice. The rooms seemed fine, the view was pretty amazing and it was located a stones throw from pretty much everything you would need during a stay.

This place is amazing for a time share if you have kids. The 2bdrms are spacious enough for a family of four and the pool area is to die for when it comes to keeping the kids happy.

Awful experience. Front desk didn't offer amenities to us until our last day. We paid $20 a day parking at Disney when we could have shuttled everyday. Condo was dirty. My 3 and 2 yr old woke up with bug bites on their faces. Doors had black around the handles. Tile was mopped but baseboards had dirt all around them.

It looks better in the photos! Dated property but in good working order. Strong jets it outside whirlpool. Nice in room tub, balcony & windows that open. Did not go to slide pool.

Would I stay here again.NO! We had a 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, and that's it for the positives. Our unit didn't smell good, the showers and sinks had hair and smalls traces of mold and mildew. The common areas were dark and dirty. The elevator looked like a scene from a scary movie. The pool had too many leaves. It took several minutes to be acknowledged by the staff upon check in, and they weren't friendly, vented their frustration with the maintenance staff in front of me like they couldn't wait 5 minutes. Talk about first impressions. And on our last night, there was a bug in the bed! 😡

Please save your money and go else where..the rooms are kind of nice minus when we got here it was missing remotes for the tvs and a the smoke detector missing off the wall.. On top of that the ac in our room has been out since the day we got here and they sent a tech out and he has no clue what he was talking about he said it wasn't work because we had it set under 70 that makes no sense.. Futher more they still haven't fixed the ac yet even though the guy said they would waste of money

Good size rooms and pool and hot tubs were decent, but don't pay too much for this "resort" it's quiet and secluded but not fancy or upscale.

The place is dated. You can tell it's old. Staff is under informed and can barely give any info. There is nothing about the place that says luxury. Would never stay here on purpose. There's very little to do here.
Bed killed our backs. Very uncomfortable

So far, it's been a great trip. The condo is nothing overly extravagant. The pullout bed is HORRIBLE. The pool bar is at least $6 per drink (a special draft price during happy hour runs $2, I think) That said, the pools, the water slides, and the lazy river have been awesome.
