The rooms were small and the bathroom was tiny. But for the price and the amount of time you spend in the room it didn’t matter. The room was neat and clean. We had bought a meal plan so we really didn’t eat at the resort. But we did have a refilled disney cup and the ice machine and the fountain could have been a tad cleaner. But the place was always very busy. The maid ( guess I can understand) was a little upset when we stayed in our room until checkout.

We had an amazing time. The rooms were clean and pretty much look like the picture. They aren't super huge but, much like a cruise, you're not in there long. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help no mater their actual job at the resort. The pool is nice too. I do wish there were more activities like a basketball court or something that isn't on a schedule. Or maybe I just didn't sees it.

Nice enough, economy resort on Disney property. Appealing to sports fans, especially with school-age kids. Very accommodating staff - we were relocated here after hurricane in September when Fort closed for clean-up & staff assisted us w/ our perishable foodstuffs from camper & adjusting park plans for optimum enjoyment of a highly impacted visit. Can't say enough food about the staff & their very accommodating treatment of us. Dinsey does it RIGHT.

Cons: Hotel is in need of some love, it has some wear. Housekeeping is not horrible, but both times we have stayed debris was found in room. Pros: Bryan at guest sevice desk is phenomenal. Just when we think there is no one providing exceptional customer service with an issue we had that cost us substantial in our day. We meet Bryan. Empathetic to our plight, the #1 most important trait in customer relations. He nails it. I have worked in hotels 13 years, and he is the epitome of fantastic human relations. I hope that guy gets the kind of recognition he deserves for the outstanding service he gives guests. A+

Small beds, rooms were clean but hotel is old and showed signs of aging. Buy the cup for unlimited drinks. Staff was nice but at late check-in there was not enough staff so ling wait. But hey it gets you prepared for long lines at Disney!! Use Magical hours..worth it to get up early. Location was close to AK and EC and the bus service was great and only minutes late. Cool decor especially if you love sports!!

We stayed here one night after staying at Coronado Springs hotel for a couple nights because they didn't have the last night of our trip a room available so we chose All Star Resort. I understand it is a value resort but this place was ridiculous. The beds didn't have a comforter on them only sheets. No fan like Coronado Springs. They don't give you lotion like Coronado Springs (not a big deal just pointing it out). Biggest of all though was the carpet floors were literally fading and looked like they haven't been updated since late 90's/ early 2000's. The beds were full beds. The safe looked like someone had broke into it twice possibly three times! My GF was literally scared and grossed out to stay here. We had the Disney $11.99 cups that work for two weeks with unlimited drinks. We bought them at Coronado Springs and used them there and the food courts were nice and clean but at All Star Resort it was literally disgusting. The ice machine where you put your cup under it had some gross piece of food or slimy substance on it so you couldn't put your drink on it or touch it with your hands without getting that on you or your drink cup. The straw dispenser was filthy too, I wonder why I feel sick now that I have left. I get its a quote on quote "VALUE" resort but $129.99 a night outside of Disney would get you a pretty decent hotel/resort. We all know Disney makes a decent amount of money too. I understand they have a lot of overheard and a lot of employees but this is uncalled for Disney! Update the floors, get fans in the room this is Florida, and get queen sized beds at least. I mean do some updating, anyone can tell this is an outdated place and disgusting. There is no excuse for this type of thing. I normally wouldn't write a review anywhere but this really was terrible to see and experience. Just an FYI

This is A VALUE resort. Do not expect big rooms and gourmet meals. Full sized beds and small bathrooms. A squeeze for our family of 4 with teenagers. The menu is the same every day but quick and kid friendly. That being said, there are multiple pools, easy laundry, game room, ample activities to keep you busy on a day off park hopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple issues with last luggage from the airline and forgotten coupon books but they were able to work some Disney magic for us. We are very happy with the accommodations.

All Disney resorts have top of line customer service and All Star Sports maintains this service. They helped get us a room close to the bus service and the room was clean. The room is designed with a sports theme with Disney characters and contains a refrigerator. The resort is very close to Animal Kingdom and had bus service to all the parks. The resort also has a decent food court and many play areas for kids, including fields and pools. This is a great place to stay when on a budget and maintain the Disney experience throughout the day.

One of my preferred hotels when going to the Disney theme parks. The rates are reasonable (by Disney standards) and the place has a nice touch of Disney flare. I have stayed in the nicer places and honestly prefer the All Start hotels (Sports, Music, Movies) to the fancier hotel offerings Disney has. When you visit Disney you rarely stay in your room. Why pay a premium for a place you will only spend 1-2 hours while awake.
The hotel itself is decent with average size showers and beds and they run a shuttle every 15 minutes or so to all the Disney Parks as well as Disney Springs. A good place to stay with family and kids.response / report this review -

The All Star Sports is a solid Disney value resort consisting of exterior corridor hallway type rooms, a central food court, and a single souvenir shop. Since it was the first Value resort on property it is starting to show its age but is still worthwhile for a short and quick Disney trip. The rooms are small but functional, best suited for a friend's trip or a very small family vacation. The location of this property makes Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach easily accessible. If you're looking for a short Disney getaway with a small group while staying on Disney property for as cheap as possible, this hotel is your best bet.

The staff has been extremely helpful. They call us by name whenever calling the front desk. The small things they have done have made this a much more enjoyable stay. There are 2 pools which helps to keep the crowds down in any single one. The only downside we have found is that the walls are thin and if your neighbors are rowdy you will hear it.

Good "affordable" hotel as far as Disney goes. Close enough to all the parks. We went to Magic Kingdom in the morning, checked in, Epcot for fire works and Animal Kingdom the next day. It was less than 10 minutes to each. Front desk was extremely friendly. Pool was nice, towel management could have been better. No clean ones readily accessible and WAY more towels on chairs then people in the pool at 4pm. Staff member did bring us towels quickly and apologized. Food was decent and overpriced.

The All Star Resorts are great for large groups or people traveling on a budget. The cast members are friendly, and try to accommodate you the best they can. I like that if you have your magic bands you can check-in in advance and they will text you your room number when it is ready. The rooms are clean but small and the beds are not the most comfortable and there is a steady stream of noise throughout the night from the A.C., toilets flushing and workers driving carts by. Parking at the resort is free and they provide shuttles to the parks, if your like my husband and don't like taking the bus your parking pass allows you to park at all parks for free during your stay. They have affordable counter food options as well as a small market with fresh items. There are two pools that provide plenty of room to splash around and poolside movies.

We have stayed in Disney resorts a couple times, but this is our fist time as AS Sports. We have been pleasantly surprised! First, the resort is extremely family friendly, with lots of activities and lots of room to run around. Overall, the property is very clean. The atmosphere is great, even if you don't like sports (but added bonus if you do.) The pools are fun, and cleverly themed. The food court offers many food options, so everyone can find something they like, or you can order a whole pizza and feed the family. The dining area is the only location on the property that could use a little extra TLC in terms of cleanliness - it reminds me if a mall food court, where cleaning staff may not always be present and unless you don't mind wiping up the table yourself, you may need to search for a good place to sit. (This doesn't really bother us.) Rooms are not giant, but plenty of room to sleep comfortably and get ready for a day in the parks. One of our beds is more comfortable than the other and it seems that they must have a mix of mattress types. Overall, a great place to stay! We would definitely stay again, and we're even discussing planning a future trip and choosing this resort over a moderate Disney resort that we love the just for the cost savings.
