I'm sorry but this place is not where I would go to get my glasses. My experience with the service was similar to many of the other reviews and the business/pricing makes no sense to me. For my eye exam the doctor was very impatient and seemed rushed. That's not exactly how you keep new clients. When I was given the pricing for a few of the frames it was at least $400 for all of the options. And that is with coverage from my insurance company. Crazy. I recently found Ray Bans that were a similar style online for less than $200. Another thing, I did my eye exam at MOC and was told that they do not give the PD out at MOC unless you buy lenses even though I already paid $35 for the exam. For my last exam I went to Costco for $45 and I was given everything including the PD. Kind of strange. Good thing pupil distance (PD) doesn't change for adults. I'll just buy my glasses online somewhere else using my new prescription and my old PD. The gentlemen helping me pick out glasses were nice. That was about the only positive thing.

I've worn glasses/contacts my entire adult life. Madison Optometric Center was the first eye doctor I have seen that allowed me to purchase contacts of different brands for each eye and was honest about my level of astigmatism in each. Fantastic service, I never felt rushed. Ryan is the best, he took his time with me and helped me choose the best pair of glasses that I have ever had.

Just stopped by the NEW office of Madison Optometric while taking a nice walk down State Street. Of of course I ended up trying on some new frames and bought them! The staff was friendly and not pushy., which I appreciate. They continue to carry many unique lines of frames & some are even made in the USA! If this is important to you, just ask their knowledgeable staff. I love their styles~

It is always best to shop local businesses with people that love their work!

I have been a Customer for the last 6 years. The level of Care, Service and Selection has always been better than other Optometric centers I utilized in the past. Their personal service and commitment to Customer Satisfaction is something you can only find in an independent establishment which makes it easy to patronize and recommend this as one of Madison's BEST!

I have purchased my last two pairs of eyeglasses from Lynn with MOC. Their selection is fantastic! Many more original frames to choose from than the average retailer. I like their personalized service and attention to detail. They made me feel important to them as a customer, that's important to ME! I am really happy with the quality of MY eyeglasses. I would recommend shopping here for your next pair yourself!
