Excellent German deli and grocery store, with many products that will be familiar to present and former expatriots. A wonderful place to visit in the weeks approaching Christmas for candy and other German treats. Frozen Broetchen, sliced meat for Rinderrouladen, and Schnitzel. One of the few places I have found that sells Lindt's Weihnachtsschokolade. They also sell a selection of products on the web.

The Weißwurst are surprisingly pretty authentic! I've ordered some from other Bavarian sausage speciality shops in the states and this one has the best. Their prices are very reasonable. In addition to their sausages having a high value, they also have an amazing assortment of breads, cheeses, sauces, and other German cooking seasonings and supplies at reasonable prices. The atmosphere could use some work. They were playing annoying pop music and I was moderately unimpressed with the customer service. What's important is the food quality and value though, and they truly deserve five stars there.

I used to enjoy their products, especially the red lager brats, but after my experience today calling in to place an order and inquiring about delivery windows, I have to say that I will not be purchasing any more products from this company. Being talked to like I'm a moron or obtuse is rather off putting. Even worse when for some reason the employee on the other line somehow thinks I'm calling from Maine when I'm calling from a Minnesota number is a tad bewildering.
Noting that they had an email address listed for contact us, I wanted to submit some feedback as to my experience, to which I was treated with email correspondence from the president of the company. The correspondence started out reasonable, but with the last email I received with a comment like "Again I am sorry you feel this way, we have a great product and you are letting this misunderstanding you from having it." has made up my mind. Great great great place. Has some items that have been so hard for me to find since moving here from Chicago. It's pretty 5th generation immigrant but it's as close as I can find to an authentic Slavic deli in this city. We come here once every few months.
