The staff was pleasant and helpful. Prices were great But the curtains and ceiling in bathroom were moldy and the toilet seat was broken amd the tub faucet was leaky..guess i got what i paid for

Rooms were clean. Management came to repair the cable TV immediately. The view on the lake side is awesome and of course, you're close to the ferries and the new restaurants downtown Mackinaw City.

Rooms 100 and 101 have not been fixed in the last 5 years. Manager doesn't see what I am talking about water stained ceiling, paint and walls deteriorating on both sides of the handicapped shower and bathtub and the weather strip on room 101 just slides with the door serving no purpose. This place needs a face lift and I don't mean the ugly curtains and comforters in installed this year. One EXCELLENT feature is they do have handicapped rooms that a wheelchair can roll into the shower.

I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are SUPER clean! Staff is friendly and it sits just outside the downtown area. The breakfast is alright, nothing crazy, but it's free. I just love how clean our room was and especially the bathroom. Listening to the waves roll in at night was incredibly relaxing.

Love staying here (incredible beds!).but all rooms are a 2 room suite..but no doors to separate them? Eh. Lakeside rooms are awesome though. Nice stretch of beach. Great decks to sit on.

Decent place to stay and pretty affordable, all rooms are family suites. Management/Owners could be more hospitable, they were a little rude. The photo is the beach in front if the hotel, they did clean their beachfront daily as some if the neighboring hotels did. Also if you weren't out early you didn't get one if their about 20 beach chairs in a hotel that houses hundreds.

We stayed here when we took a trip to Mackinaw for Memorial Day. The rooms are gorgeous and decently priced. The staff was very friendly and tried to help us with whatever they could. We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at the Mackinaw Beach & Bay for five nights in September and have stayed here for the last several years. We keep coming back because the rooms are spacious and always very clean, the housekeeping personnel are pleasant and the people at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. Although the free breakfast is the typical fare, it would be appreciated if fresh fruit and yogurt were also available. We'll definitely be back in September 2017
