So it seems that these guys are great people to work with if your buying brand new campers but I would forsure go to a Polaris dealer if your going to be part of the sxs stuff. They don’t know what they are doing with it and just are not very good to deal with. When you buy a 2017 you wouldn’t think you would have to do anything to the machine but ride it and that has not even close to been the truth at all here. I have over 3k I have had to spend out of pocket getting this thing fixed. It spend the first almost 2 months on jack stands cause stuff had to be fixed or shipped off to get fixed. Not trying to trash these guys cause I guess they feel good about how they run the place but I feel like people should know what I ran into with them and how I’m going to spend more on this thing then I could have got a brand new one for

We have been to many RV places throughout the years. KC, Denver, Houston, Dallas, and other places in Texas. But have had our best experiences here. Mr. Knight has been very helpful and honest with us. Not many places will help walk you through repairs before paying them to do it.

We had a great experience with Larry and everyone at Midwest RV. We purchased a used RV with a wonderful floor-plan. It was in great shape, extremely clean, and a fantastic deal - especially when compared with other RVs we'd been looking at in the same price range. We ended up spending less money for 5th wheel that was much better suited for us than other others we’d seen.
There were a few issues that we noticed within the warranty period and they went above and beyond to resolve those things. They do great work and I would not hesitate to recommend Midwest RV to anyone looking for a great deal and a magnificent team of people wanting to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.response / report this review -

Where to start, went there to buy a cyclone but the garage wasn't big enough. Joe showed me a few others, ended up buying a fuzion chrome. Great group of guys there, the mechanics and shop hands stayed until midnight getting it inspected and serviced out for me since it was a fresh one they just got in. Not one complaint from the guys just got after it and got it done. Very knowledgeable with the walk around and answered every question I had. Joe was great to work with, very helpful and made me a great deal. Would definitely recommend Midwest RV on your next purchase. Thanks Joe and all the employees that made this a great buying experience!

We recently purchased a fifth wheel toy hauler from Midwest RV, and Joe helped us through the whole process. We bought it on Ebay, so we were a little skeptical about how the process would work, but they had so many photos of the interior and exterior of the unit, that we felt we could trust their statement that the unit was spotless, and it is. All of our friends think it is brand new! They gave us a great price, sold us the hitch at a fantastic price, and delivered right to our door. We could not be happier with the service we received and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal on a used RV.

I have been trying to deal with a salesperson on a used motorhome. I told him I wanted to trade in a toyhauler I have and he asked me to sent pictures and the model number which I did. I followed up with him and he told me he was very busy. I texted him about another motorhome which came up and left a message on his phone but I never heard back. His ad on craigslist states you can reach him day or night for he is there for the customer. If they do not want to trade why do they not say so.. this is poor customer service.

They say that they can fix "anything" the right way. I don't know about you but I really don't consider 4 guys trying to figure out how to gain access to our ac unit, then using a pressure washer to bend the cooling fins on the outside & then telling us that our ac unit was outside of their "anything" policy but they would call across the street and they had the needed parts and tools. Across the street said that we might be able to get to you Saturday but not now. Don't fall for the bs! They wasted our time, fuel and bent the cooling fins on our ac unit. My rv didn't leave their lot better than new because there are just some things that are not included in their "anything" ad. Now, I understand why the rest of the RV community calls Kansas a drive through state. Thanks for wasting our time, fuel and letting your workers pressure wash our ac's cooling fins. Moral of the story is if they tell you on the phone they can work on your luxury motorcoach, don't you believe it.

We purchased a fifth wheel toy hauler from Midwest RV. We couldn't be more satisfied. From our original contact to the purchase to arriving home and needing further questions answered. Larry and his employees are the best!! They are honest and go above and beyond.
