I went to MB Bride Saturday With my daughter looking for a Snoball dress. Caroline was the wonderful associate that made my daughter feel so special. She was such a doll and helped her out so much. She found the perfect dress and is going to look beautiful! THEN, the next day I took my other daughter to look for her gown. As soon as we walked in the door, I saw Caroline and grabbed her and said, “ You were so wonderful yesterday, you have to help me today”. With a smile, we walked up stairs and she was just as wonderful! This daughter also found the perfect dress! You are Lucky to have an associate like Caroline.hold onto her!

I have purchased SEVERAL dance dresses at MB Bride and Prom. I can honestly say I’ve had amazing experiences here. Yesterday I purchased my winter formal dress and it was the best experience of all. Caroline was helping me the entire time and I can honestly say she is phenomenal! She was so attentive and knew exactly what I should try on. She was so complimenting and relatable. She was even able to take pictures perfectly of the dress! I can honestly say this store is so accommodating and has the perfect selection of dresses. Thanks MB Bride!!

I am in my best friends wedding this coming June. I just wanted to put out there that there isn't much to try on for plus size bridesmaids that are in the more popular cuts. Also no matter your size the dress designs run 3-4 sizes smaller than the marked size. The bridesmaids that were with me were not all plus size eithersome are very slender and they also had to size up about 4 sizes. Just wanted whoever is looking to just be aware that the size you would regularly wear will most likely not be what fits youyou will be in a bigger size. Also if you happen to be over a size 18 in the dresses (whether in your day to day or with the sizing difference) you will have to pay an additional $25 on top of the ticket price. I will say that the dress my best friend picked out for us is beautifulI just wish I could have tried it on. Oh, and the lady was nice who helped usgranted the experience wasn't like I expected because usually the consultant helps pick dresses to fit all sizes in the bridal partybut this place was packed, so I understand. For a small bridal shop it was nicebut just come prepared. All in all thoughtypical bridal shop.

This review is in reference to the tuxedo rentals. Our family just rented tuxes for an October, 2017 wedding and our experience could not have been worse! Out of the 6 tuxes rented, 5 had MAJOR issues with them. Several of the groomsmen were from out of town but they did come to the shop for professional measurements. Several (but not all) were able to come in for additional fittings. The tuxes were TERRIBLE! One had pants that were 5 inches too short, the groom's shirt had two different length sleeves, another shirt was 4 inches short on the sleeve, another pant was WAY TOO big! Just terrible! I tried to talk with them several times before writing this review but NO ONE WOULD RETURN A CALL.
No one even offered a simple apology! Please be very careful when renting a tux!response / report this review -

Kate was fantastic! MB Bride has quite a collection of Bridal Gowns and she was able to navigate her way through my cluelessness and offer the most beautiful gowns. She paid very close attention to detail, made me and my family feel welcome and cared for, and made me feel like I was the only Bride in the shop! We didn't purchase yet (my personal commitment to the dress issues) but I plan on going back with my dad to seal the deal! Highly recommend MB Bride- ask for Kate!

We drove an hour and half to find my dream dress, when we were greeted we filled out a survey and then was greeted by our consultant, Sue. I could not have chosen a better person to help me do something so special!! She is such a patient and kind person and helped me with everything! She made me feel very important the whole time I was there and made it very easy to buy a dress!! I will most definitely tell everyone about MB Bride! I could never thank Sue enough for helping me, I can't wait to wear my dress on my big day!!!

Cindy was great and very helpful. We found a dress I liked but I wanted to look around some more. So I drove all the way out to monroeville, thinking they would have dresses at David’s Bridal. Well, the lady here was pushy and the whole place just felt trashy. So I came right back to MB Bride and Cindy was there to greet me with a smile. Just goes to show sometimes the best service and selection are right here in our small town!

I loved the selection of dresses offered and felt completely comfortable with my consultant. Overall, I had the best experience, one that I am truly grateful for. I will say that the consultant recommended a size bigger than what I felt I should purchase. I went with the size I felt was right, MB made me sign something to indicate it was my choice, which I completely understood and was fine with. In the end, when the dress came in, it fit perfectly to the point that the only alteration needed is a bustle.

I went there to try on wedding dresses with sort of not knowing where to start. J worked with Sure and she was able to help me see I was headed in the right track of the dress I wanted. She helped me pick my dream dress! She knew right away that it was my dress before the tears! My mom and I had a great experience! Such hard workers! Thank You!

By far the best selection of wedding dresses anywhere! Just do yourself a favor and don't schedule on a trunk show weekend. Its so crowded that you might not even get a dressing room! They have a good sized clearance area too.

I hate shopping and usually have the hardest time choosing a dress for a dance. First time shopping for a prom dress, and I found it here :)) Which was very unexpected from my mom and I lol. It was extremely busy when I arrived here, but I got into a dressing room in no time. I was not rushed at all and felt they took their time on me. Makenna was my consultant, and was so sweet and patient. I got my prom dress altered also at alterations here. Kathy did them and did everything I wanted perfectly. She was super friendly and did beautiful work. Highly recommend MB Bride !

I purchased my wedding dress here. I was really happy with the selection and styles to choose from. My consultant was very helpful and did pull the dress I ended up purchasing. The alterations staff was incredible! I had Kathy and she not only did an amazing job, she helped me find a baker for my wedding cake as well!

I had Sue as my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful! Every time that I have visited MB the staff has been helpful and kind. Shauna is doing my alterations and she has gone above and beyond to ensure that my gown is absolutely perfect! There are times that I have had to wait in alterations or to get a room when trying on dresses but that is expected when you are working with the best! :)

Since MB Bride had the greatest selection of bridesmaid dresses in the style/designer the bride wanted I decided to make the 1+ hr trip (plus turnpike fees) to try on here. I asked if an appointment was necessary as I was just trying bridesmaid gowns & wouldn't need much assistance. They said yes, so I made an appointment. We arrived at 1:35 (25 minutes prior to my appointment) and stood in line, with the 4 yr old flower girl as well, waiting for someone to assist us for nearly FORTY minutes. I was not officially "checked in" for my appointment until 2:10.
After this, I was assigned a consultant who was also busy with a bride. I could see at least a half dozen other employees seemingly without anyone to help, and had to keep waiting for my consultant to run back and forth. Again, I had a 4 yr old with me, who fortunately is pretty calm but I had to let her try on a few flower girl dresses just to keep her busy. After I'd tried on the styles I was interested in, I had to wait almost a half hour to get measured so that I could leave.
All said and done, what should have taken 30 minutes (and did take that long at two other places I visited), took nearly two hours. Understandably, it is wedding season and a bit busy. I work in catering- I get it. My consultant was apologetic at the delays, but she shouldn't have been put in the place to begin with.
I eventually opted to order my dress from MB since other bridesmaids decided to order there, they already had all my info, measurements, etc, and the advertisement for free shoes on the website with a bridesmaid dress purchase! I was told that they would email me a picture of the style of shoes available with this deal when they sent my contract to sign. It's been two weeks and still no email (but of course, the contract arrived within minutes of my order). When I asked again they told me it was only available if the bride ordered her dress there- that is NOT stated on the website. False advertising is not cool.response / report this review
