One of the most comfortable theaters I've ever been to in three different countries. La-z-boy seats, amazing audio that reminds me of IMAX-quality theaters. Indistinguishable from a true IMAX brand screen. I will definitely come back!

Can’t find a more comfortable cinema for the price range offered. Screens may be ever slightly smaller than other cinemas, but this is THE PLACE for extreme comfort. Plush sofas that electronically reclines, for slightly more than a standard ticket at AMC or similar.

Love this theater. They did a great job taking a so-so facility and upgrading it with amenities that make a difference. The seats are amazing! The sound and picture quality are very good. I like that one can reserve seats — just need to plan ahead, especially with new blockbusters. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. This is our go-to for first run movies.

Purchased tickets online, got in quickly, great sound quality, video was clear, chairs were amazing. Lights could have been a bit dimmer during the movie. Didn't use the snack bar, so can't comment there. Would definitely return.

Surprised to find comfy seating in reclining arm chairs, fewer rows and less densely packed theaters. Ticket sales were being processed at the snack counter, which also caught me by surprise and the staff member that I interacted with was very helpful, relaxed and great at her job. We had a lot of fun!

Super nice, but super small. Allso people who are writting reviws for this theater need to calm down and be a little nicer because there was probably a small budget for this theater and is very convenient for the people who live in the area.

They have those fantastic luxury seats. Huge recliner seats, big enough to curl up in, foot rest and everything. You get to choose your seat when you buy your ticket. Also, the theater is almost never crowded. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite theater in the region. They recently remodeled their theaters to have luxury recliners and assigned seating. Ticket prices are similar to other theaters.
All movies on Mondays are $6.25, and include a free small popcorn. Just be sure to get your tickets in advance!

The staff at the waterworks cinema were wonderful. The ticket seller was friendly, attentive and answered questions. Concession staff as well. We were escorted and instructed about the new totally comfortable seats by a most pleasant young man. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Kudos to management for having and training great staff. Thank you to the workers who carry it out so well. Above and beyond most places.
