Tons of equipment, always impeccably clean. Staff is wonderful and so nice! Zac was super awesome helped me out when I locked my key in the bathroom like an idiot!

I've been to a lot of gyms in the area, and Fitness Factory is by far the best. It's always super clean, the equipment is new and maintained, and the people are friendly and helpful. I've been a memebr here for a few years, and will continue to be as long as I'm in Pittsburgh.

Great gym, plenty of cardio / free weights and machines. Staff is very attentive and friendly, always willing to answer questions and help out. I'm the type of person that likes to go in and just focus on my workout and this place was perfect for that.

Best gym I could find after leaving the military. The staff keep the gym top notch and the crowd is very friendly. Never packed and never have to wait for equipment.

I have been a member for about three months. The gym is very clean, well maintained, and well staffed. Great selection of cardio equipment, machines, and free weights. For whatever reason, the gym tends to attract a younger, normal crowd - no Mr. Las Vegas types or "Bros" - which makes the whole environment much more relaxed and comfortable. 24hr access is great too for those who work shifts or like to work out very early, very late, or when there aren't many others around.

I've been a member for over a year now. Great atmosphere at the Fitness Factory -- it's calm (even during busy times), it's very clean (does not smell like sweat), and the fellow gym-goers are pleasant to be around (no bros). Great selection of equipment and reasonable prices; would recommend to anyone.

I've been a member for a year. The equipment is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful (and so are other members). Even when the gym is busy I haven't had an issue with using equipment that I wanted. There were MAYBE two or three instances when I had to change my workout plan because of equipment being unavailable. Even then, I could have asked the person occupying it if I could do my sets during their rest. Price is reasonable, especially when there's no contract. If I had to state a negative about this gym, it'd be that the locker room is too small.
