My previous review was five stars because of happy hour. Now it’s the worst happy hour. Same food increased by 65% overnight. Apparently the general manager worked one shift of happy hour and decided to jack up the prices. I used to get veggie tacos for $2 each and you could order individually. Now it’s $10 for 3 tacos and you have to order the whole plate. The exact same tacos. So instead of $6 it’s now $10 for the exact same thing no extra sides or anything. The cheese burger went from $5 which was a good deal. To $9. Which is not a good deal. For the exact same product. I used to come here every other week for happy hour. I will never go back. Whenever someone asked me for a happy hour recommendation I always told them about you. But not anymore. Thanks for a few good years.

This place was awesome! The portions are huge!! The customer service was great as well! I ordered the corn beef hash and was very satisfied. Most definitely will be back. Only next time I will let my kids pick my sides since the portions are so big I think we can all share and still have left overs!

Nice cosy place for brunch on weekend. Prepare to wait a little for space if you come during the peak meal hour. Worth your wait. Hearty portion and good taste. We ordered the grill chicken and 3-eggs breakfast. Coffee was good and comes in big mug.

it's sad to report your neighbor restaurant. I have been going to M street kitchen since they opened. It's located at the end of my block. However, it has been going down hill. Services is declining and poor atmosphere. I always say it stars from the top. That means something I going wrong from the top. They decided to stop happy hours in the weekend, with out sending any notice to their regular. I arrived with my friend for a happy hours at our favorite table, and we were told that it's on the bar only. We were surprised, however at the bar they say, NO! we are no longer have happy hours on the weekend. OK! I asked for a manager, and she told me the same, I asked her that I came yesterday at the regular hours and spend $59 and forgot to give my point membership, she told me that she couldn't do anything about it and I have to do it myself on their website. I express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated and she apologized and wished me a nice evening and that was the best thing she did, because we had a great evening and THE BEST HAPPY HOURS AT MY FAVORITE PLACE LA VECCIA CUCINA. I can not brag enough about LA VECCIA CUCINA. It's so sad because this will be my last time I will ever step in M STREET KITCHEN. Manager name is Cristina Giancarlo. chk 302 Server 1032 Jameson 59.52

Had dinner here, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere.
Went before 6.30 so kids ate for free and it was happy hour food and drinks.
Service was good, food was on point and the beers were nice and cold.
Kids meals were lovely and well presented.
Could get a double pram inside but it also wasn't that busy either.
    Would go again.

Great food, great price, great outdoor seating. The service was also on point. Came on time and checked on us constantly. We sat outside and had plenty of space.

We got the ahi tuna poke which was excellent. Much better than you expected at a restaurant as opposed to a poke place. Also greatly enjoyed my blackened chicken sandwich, and they put some kale Caesar dressing on a little house salad instead of fries which was great.

    Definitely recommend going back.

My wife and I have been there four times. The first was for a coffee and pastry. Great atmosphere we'll be back Second time - for lunch. Loved it flavors and creativity; DEE-licious. Then we went for dinner and were asked to wait (no problem) Very bad Host Person. To the extent that we left with the Manager running after us to apologize. UGH (so - mixed reviews)

Came here for a Sunday brunch, definitely would recommend it! Lots of products made in-house and super convenient location to other Santa Monica points of interests.

I have been biking by M street for years and love Stella barra next door. For some reason I had never gone to M street. Boy have I been missing out. Great service, food, and drinks!

Great place for brunch, fun atmosphere and good location. Knocked off a star for bailing on Intelligentsia coffee - I'm disappointed in the replacement and good coffee was half the reason I went there. Service is usually really good despite being busy.

Nice casual slightly upscale cafe bar. Pizza and wings are delicious. Noisy when busy. Parking anywhere close is a little challenging. Very good customer service. Would recommend
