Very easy experience. I walked in for a tissue but discovered Mario Bdescu Rose water toner..WOW WEE! I use it as a face mask with tissues. Closes my pores and makes me have super tight and healthy skin tones :)

Beauty Essentials in Sherman Oaks - I have been going to Beauty Essentials for years and the owner Amy is a lovely lady and so kind and helpful. She has some of the most unique products for bath, body and hair. Great gift ideas. I also do my eyebrows and facials with Amy. I but all my shampoos and conditioners from BE! I personally will go here and buy products here before going to larger stores - support small business!

This store has the worst service -- they carry an inconsistent selection of product and their re-order process is sloppy. Their customer service lacks professionalism. Don't get used to buying your products here next week they may stop carrying it!
