Worst place I have ever seen. Booked a private party six months in advance only to learn that construction was currently going on in the restaurant and that we would not be able to have the party there anymore as the restaurant would not be ready in time for the party. Food is ok. Service is slow. Owners are absolute pigs that are only in it for the money. Making this the worst restaurant I have ever set foot in
I come for the braised pork dish. Disappointed that they "ran out" during my last visit.
Great nightclub experience. My friends and I save this for one Saturday night a month. Beautiful atmosphere and the small app plates are all really good.
Don't bother.
Beautiful interior, but everything else is a let down. When you see the pictures and you walk in and see the décor, you expect a great experience, but it never lives up to it.
Food is OK, nothing wrong with it, but its just OK. (Some let-downs like tasteless frozen shrimp in the shrimp tortilla)
Service on the other hand. Oh my god where to start. From waiter No. 1 that keeps your opened bottle of wine at the bar and never offers a top-up, to waiter No. 2 that you ask for a top up (because waiter No.1 has his head in the ground at all times, and you can't get his attention) and you get a condescending answer : "if its yours it will be coming, have patience".
As soon as we got there we were seated, no wait!! it is really nice inside,I loved the ambiance of this place. The hostess was nice and accommodating.
I order the scallops which were also very satisfying, but only 3 pieces for $30 dollars :Not so satisfying.. The menu is a bit all over the place
Beso attempts an elite romantic mood and decor. However, it becomes impersonal when the you can hardly see the person in front of you; the lighting and overall feel becomes too dim. A candle on the table is the romantic aspect, but that fails. On another note, the lamb is impeccable although more of the "salad" as its bed could be a little more. Scallops taste like the ocean, both good and bad.
