Dr. Eric Sauvageaua and his staff were wonderfully compassionate and explained my procedures so well and he did such a good job on my brain tumor removal and he even did not shave my hair, even though it was a large tumor he had to remove. He saved my life with his skills to remove the tumor and he acted quickly but thoroughly, as it was an emergency. I am forever thankful to him and his empathy and skills as a neurosurgeon. All of his nurses and staff have been very helpful over the phone and in person.

I have had surgery to fuse my lumbar and cervical spine performed by Dr. Bradley Wallace, and he is an excellent doctor. I trust him completely. His medical assistant, Kelli, is very nice and very helpful, too. You couldn't want a better team!

If there is ever a doubt in your mind of where to go for any issues related to your spine, say no more. Lyerly is the place to be. Dr. Wallace is amazing and his staff is A+ from beginning to end. I was so nervous with the procedure but they will talk you thru the process and by the end you will be saying "Let's do this". After the procedure, I have never felt better and the follow-up calls you get to see how you are doing is appreciated. If you know anyone having any spine issues, I highly recommend the Lyerly Group, they are the best!

Dr Wallace's PA's really LISTEN. Very thorough, followed through on everything they said they would do, from the surgeon, to the PA's, to the admins & billing department. I recovered in days after my surgery with very little pain. Very refreshing in this day and age to have this kind of service. Well done!

This was my second time to visit the facility and I have been very pleased with the professionalism displayed from the time I get to the receptionist until I leave. It is always good to visit a doctor who provides alternatives to operations, takes the time to answer all your question and is truly interested in your well being. In my case the back pain had subsided by my visit and during the examination I was given several recommendation on keeping active and still protecting my back. On the way out the receptionist, who was busy, still had time to wish me well and say goodbye.

I had a double spinal cord stimulator surgery on 5/16/17. Dr Bradley Wallace with Lyerly Neurosurgery was my surgeon. He is extremely knowledgeable, talked at a level that I could understand, excellent before & after surgery treatment. Dr Wallace is phenomenal!!! I highly would recommend him.

From start to finish, everything is run very efficiently. Staff is very well trained and I've always felt like I was not just a number. And Dr. Garcia is absolutely wonderful! He is so kind and caring. I did a great deal of research before coming to Lyerly and was not disappointed. I have recommended him and the practice to a number of people in St. Augustine and have heard nothing but good reports from those who put their back/pain issues in your practice's hands. Dr. Garcia's assistant, Teresa, is also a sweetheart. Both of my surgical experiences went well and the facilities are quite nice.

I love the compassion and friendly staff. The doctors are extremely professional and most importantly they try to do everything to avoid surgery. The time Dr Garcia takes to explain the images and their findings, offers multiples solutions without pressure, and does amazing surgeries with little or no complications. I have had my neck fused by Dr Cannestra whom is also very compassionate and conservative unless it's life threatening and all other options have been done. I would and do send everyone I know to this group!! I'd like to also add that they are extremely thorough and the support staff like their nurses are awesome about making things happen. I never have to wait for things with them. An example is, I need injections for my back! It took one day for them to get the authorization and appointment set! I am an RN and know what a good group of doctors are and they are truly the best of the best!
