Ordered though Grubhub. Grubhub sucks. Waited over an hour and my order had not arrived but my credit card was charged. I called this dump and was outright lied to that they didn’t receive some confirmation from GrubHub. Well, my credit card was charged and I did receive this email. Only later did the truth come out they were too busy to prepare my order and could not call me. I had to wait over an hour and had to call but was t too busy to take my money. No offer for a future discount. Just ratchet customer service. Lucky Lou consider changing your name to Unlucky Lou as you have lost a customer forever.

I called to place an order and asked for delivery because they have delivered to my work before and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude told me they don't deliver that far when it was only 7 min. away and hunged up the phone on me not once but twice. Will not be ordering from here again, that is no way to treat a customer.

Took a chance on this place because it was on the lower end of the price range and was disappointedI ordered delivery for Twice Cooked Pork and Crab Rangoons. Service was nice and they came on time but the pork tasted like chicken and wasn't authentic at all - pork belly was not used or twice cooked and the sauce was all wrong. Crab rangoons were overcooked and more brown than golden like they are supposed to be.
Delivery guy was nice but I tipped 25% for food that I really did not enjoy. ): Won't be coming back.response / report this review -

I really like this place. I pretty much only get delivery from them via their website. I only experienced one issue where my order somehow got lost, but they were apologetic and helpful on the phone.
The food is great Americanized Chinese. Lots of great options.response / report this review -

Bourbon chicken and pork fried rice is delicious, more than enough for four people, and only costs $20. This is one of my favorite places in Milwaukee.

Food was really good but the atmosphere felt more like a club than a restaurant. The wait was VERY long. Prices are pretty high relative to portion sizes.

Menu selection is very good, ambiance is comfortably intimate, music selection is conducive to conversations. This is a popular place so seating can be limited. Moderate to pricey in cost.
