Clean and orderly. Staff is friendly. Lines move fast. The reclining chairs are awesome. I also have never run into anyone using their phone during the movie.

There's nothing particularly special about this theater, but there's nothing wrong with it either. They show generic Blockbuster movies, and the theaters themselves are clean with comfortable seating. I do like that you can order ahead and pick up tickets at the Kiosk rather than wait in line.

New power reclining seats. More room between seating rows. Concession prices have gone way up, but i think that is everywhere. Self serve online ticket redemption kiosks in front.

I usually love this theatre so much, but my experience today kind of ruined my love for it. A rude blonde girl acted like we were the dumb ones when in reality she was the dumb one. We ordered tickets online and she wouldn’t let us see the movie because she thought I stole my moms credit card to order the tickets. She needed to check her attitude. She ended up giving me a refund but I now have to wait to see the movie another day and pray to god her rude ass isn’t working.

Went to see Annabelle last night and I must say I was pleased with the movie even though it was pretty scary. When we walked in we asked the guy what seats were available and said that only the 1st and second row. I asked him if he was sure that those were the only seats and he said yes. We were already there so we took what we could get. I hate being that up close to the screen it hurts my eyes. We get in the movie theater and noticed that there were plenty of empty seats to the far back on the theater. I paid it no mind thinking that maybe people still haven't come in yet. Halfway through the movie I looked back again and there was still not much a difference from before. I was a bit puzzled. I could have gotten a better seat and didn't because they were not accurate with the seating chart. Seating in a movie theater is very important to me. I was disappointed to say the least. I do love the $5 movie deal that Marcus has to offer though. My only thing to complain about which is a big deal is the updating of the system when it comes to seating. I will also add that I love that fact that you can lean back and watch the movie with comfort so for that I have added an extra star then the 2 I originally put.

I have been going to this theater since I was a kid and have always loved it! Could not believe how much it has changed and boy is it STILL one of the best movie experiences I have ever been to! It really is trying to capture the dinner and a movie experience! We're in the future people. No more buying a ticket from a person, you buy it at the high tech kiosk. There is a bar with great drinks and food, a great concessions stand with the BEST popcorn I have ever had, and the theaters are fantastic! Electric COMFY recliners with a ton of space. Seriously. We saw Spiderman and a teenager fell asleep in his seat. It is that comfy. The screens are big with a great picture and superb sound! This place is chic. Very nice and very clean! Go to this place to see your next movie!

Love this movie theater! They have reclining lounge seats which are so comfortable. If you are hungry or need an alcoholic drink they have a restaurant and a bar inside the theater. Every Tuesday is 5 dollar movies with free popcorn and other great specials!

Always have a great time here, and we come several times a month. The staff has always been courteous and kind. For example, one evening we brought my mom, who is in a wheelchair and needs lots of special care, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Even on a busy night, within 2 minutes of the request, they had a bathroom closed off with a kind young man outside of it so we could care for her. They met this request graciously and with kind understanding - I will never forget this. The theaters are always very clean, food has vastly improved since the remodel. It's a bit pricey, but the Rewards program balances that out well.

Comfortable. Love the dream loungers. True to authentic movie theater fashion the snacks are expensive and the ads are rampant. Clean, comfortable, and cozy.

This is the only theatre I go to now because the seats are so comfortable! Leather recliners that are extra roomy! In addition, you reserve your seats so you know exactly where your sitting before you go into the theater.

Great theater. They have reclining chairs in every movie. They have machines to buy tickets if you don't wanna wait in line. They have refillable slushies which I'm a huge fan of. I think it's the best Marcus theater in the area.

Personal - Very Kind - Helpful, all out (5) Stars! Comfortable (5) Stars! Restrooms - 4 1/2 Star's! Any types of disturbances Personal right there to handle in a Professional & decent way-(5) Star's! Personally if any way there was an issue I would say 2 or 3 time's at the most! I have a 14yr old daughter, no other children, so I've been to Marcus South S, alot! I go to the movies w/husband, friend's & always had a good time & felt safe, for my daughter & myself & others! Good job! ! Keep it up!
