We went to see movies at this theater twice in the past 2 weeks. It's a dump NONE of the ticket kiosks worked so we had to wait in a long, slow line to get our tickets printed (which is why we order tickets ahead of time to avoid the stupid line), garbage all over, sink's stopped up in the ladies bathroom & 2 of the bathroom doors had broken locks so if you wanted to use them you had to use your head to keep the door closed and the nice, fancy recliner I got was broken, big hole in the side where the mechanism to put the seat back used to be. And there were people in our seats both times so we had to ask them to move (what's the point in seat assignments if no one pays attention to them?) so not fun!
Instead of building a bar/restaurant why not keep up with maintenance in the rest of the building? Nope they just let the rest go to pot. We won't be attending a movie here again for a long time! Pick a different theater!

Love the new seating and new layout inside. Quiet setting and the theaters are clean and friendly staff. Have been coming here for many many years

The seats in the theatre are amazing, they recline and you can life the arm on one side, and they have large cup holders. They are newly updated with a bar and an express restaurant for dinning in the theater. I would arrive early because the concessions and bar can move slow and it can take time to get everything you want.

Use to by my favorite marcus theatre. Been attending the marcus falls in Menomonee falls for 12 years and only had one bad experience (last time I went) which stopped me from giving this place a 5. Staff members are still fantastic and very clean but some of the customers were super loud and kept playing on their phones during the showing of IT!

My reserved seats were giving to someone else, the place was dirty, chairs were broke, and the crowd horrible. Will never come back. You lost a regular customer!!

Marcus is a great place to go to see a movie. Then they have all kinds of snacks and pizza and burgers and even drinks. They have great power reclining seats also. It is a great place to go to have fun and get away from the daily drama in life.

Overall good experience. The downside is the condition of the food at the food court area. The pretzels were so hard and old. We had them remade, those shouldn't even been allowed to still be in the warmer, so better quality assurance is needed. The theater room's themselves are nice, comfortable chairs that recline. No bad seat except the front few rows, recommend the very last row towards the back on the way down towards the first row when you enter the stairs.

$5 Tuesdays are great if you get your tickets early and arrive early. It gets really busy and packed the later you go. Do not drink the soda! It makes you physically ill. I have tried it on 3 separate occasions and every time I could not watch the movie due to the need for a restroom. The restrooms need work. Stall doors not latching, running low on toilet paper, paper towel all over the floor. In between movies it would be nice if they could use some air freshener. Otherwise the staff is helpfull and friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I took a date to see a movie and when we got there it was close to the show time. So, we ended up having front row seats, which is not ideal. When we went to our seats the viewing angle was disorienting. We were able to go back to the service counter and exchange the tickets for a later showing. In the meantime we had a drink at the bar in the theater.

Quick and easy. Love that all theaters have the Dreamlounger seats. You can pick the seat you want so you don't have to worry about arriving super-early and saving the spot you want. Every Tuesday is $5 all shows and you get free small popcorn if you're a Marcus rewards member (free to join).

The theatre used to be my favorite place to see a movie. I said it used to be because it just a mess every time I'm visited in the last six month. Regardless of the day the floors are filthy. The area around the soda machines are sticky with spilled soda and the bathrooms have overflowing trash cans. It seems like a few months ago the manager must have decided the theatre wasn't making enough money so he or she decided to cut-back seriously on staff. It's changed the place from a nice theatre to a dump. I wish Greg Marcus would spend some time in this theatre instead of on the screen. I'm sure he would be embarrassed to see what a mess this place has become. Also, beware of the lounge seats, on my last visit they didn't. They're not very comfortable when they don't move.

I love this Marcus theatre location. They have plush, couch-like seats that recline! That was a super awesome bonus. I'd never seen that before.

The staff was friendly and quick to serve, even despite having lines out the door. I also appreciate the fact that the soda machines are right next to the vending island at this location.

I would be weary of coming here on the weekends -- the crowds were pretty insane. I had a wonderful visit, though.
