This theatre is set up more for adults but is great for all ages. The set up of this place is fascinating. It has a very classy looking bar area with all the amenities. It also has a small bowling area included. The seats in the theatre I was in didn't have the recline option, but they were very roomy and had a small area for adult beverages like a glass of scotch or wine. This is a great place to drop off the family for shopping while you relax in comfort.

Very nice and comfortable. Don’t have to worry about a bunch of teenagers being loud and disrespectful . I like the service the popcorn is really good. I love the whole grown an sexy kind night out thing. When I think of taking in a movie I think of I pic theater!!

Sooooo 1st of all I was told by culturally unaware chic VIP or general was available. She tried to explain how all theaters are this way as if I've never been in a theater. My point was this entire theater should have been general admission. The room literally had 5 rows in it. The seats need to be cleaned. I started sneezing at how filthy it was. Very disappointed. It has gone downhill since opening.

VIP seating is a must. Otherwise you'll be breaking your neck to watch the film in the front. The VIP seats are larger and comfier, and they are great if you're in a couple. However, they are just seats in the end, and the price is a little high for what you get. Sound system is nice in the theater. There is also bowling and a bar right outside of the theaters.

I was there last night for Tuesday night bowling and cocktails with several friends. I don't drink much but when I do, I drink Belvidere Vodka because I noticed I don't get hangovers the next day. I had 4 Belvidere and cranberries and I feel like I drank an entire bottle of Skol. I'm pretty sure you guys refill your Belvidere bottles with cheap vodka. I hope not because we always have fun there and spend lots of money. It would suck if we had to find a new place to hang out, bowl and have fun

Someone pulled the fire alarm at Ipic on the Girls Trip movie at 9:15. The movie was paused while exiting the building. Ipic did not provide vouchers to us, so most of us requested a refund. However, the customers that wanted to continue the movie had to wait until ALL THE REFUNDS were taken care of first. This happened on a Sunday night, people have to go to work in the morning!! Ipic need to take better care of their customers and have procedures in place for situations like that!! I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

Comfy seats, good pop corn, in theater service. The theater is not always clean (seat cushions and arms), but it is generally a nice theater to catch a film in. After 7:00 PM, no children are allowed in, so that is a really nice benefit for a relaxing evening out.

The VIP seating is the way to go. Order ahead online and you won't have to worry about finding a seat or missing out on a sold out movie. The seats are super comfy and have tons of leg room. Another perk is after 9pm, there are no kids allowed. However, the place has gone downhill. Very dirty and the comfy seats are now gross. Bathrooms are often out of soap and paper toweland dirty or broken. Used to be a 5 star, on it's way down to 1 if they don't figure out maintenance.

Don't work there. The general manager treats the staff with little to no respect. No matter how hard you work they will condemn you much quicker for making mistakes than being grateful when you're things right. The staff are decent people to work with and have creative ideas to attract more customers, but are never seen past the manager. The cleanliness of the place is terrible. As a concessions worker I've seen the slack and neglect of the workspace - The popcorn machine always leaking oil, popcorn buds building piles underneath the machines and nobody cleaning it out, the top of the popcorn machine being so oily and black from never being cleaned up, the slushie machines rarely getting cleaned out and creating a sickly sweet smell, etc. Let me tell you, maintaining the station with the pay and treatment they give is NOT worth it. Ipic has such a high turnover rate with its employees and after working there for almost 6 months I'm not surprised. Respect and leadership is important for a successful team and you show neither, you get the same nothing in return. AVOID THIS PLACE. Don't make the same mistake as I did. There are better places to work at and be treated as a human being than working there and asking yourself if its worth it.

Hint: If you're having trouble viewing their website recently try disabling your ad-blocker. I though it was broken until I checked in another browser without ad-block and realized I might be the one causing it not to load (and indeed I was). Otherwise honestly I'm not sure how this place has so many one star reviews. Perhaps I'm used to old school theaters where the seats are cramped like an airplane but these are perfectly comfortable, if not the newest, and there is ample room between each pair of seats. The rest seem to be complaining about the rules of the road here which are pretty clear and most I actually enjoy: it's 21-and-older for all 7pm and later showings, the seats are reserved so you can't just sit anywhere, and if you want a 'normal' seat you have to pay for VIP. The popcorn tastes great to me, the audio is on the loud side but clear and way better than a lot of other theaters in the area, and the image quality has never been an issue. Four stars only because 'VIP aka normal everywhere else' is expensive and yeah I agree the concession lines are slow at times. Also thankfully there are fewer 3D films these days because their 3D experience has been nothing to write home about (dim images, cheap glasses, similar to a lot of theaters who just want an upcharge without the full investment). Is it the pinnacle of modern movie theaters? No. Is it a safe bet to pay a few extra bucks, reserve a specific seat, not rush to the theater on a Friday, and see a movie with clear audio/video and no screaming kids? Yes.

I am not pleased with their service. My boyfriend and I went to a showtime and we had to evacuate the building, then we received re-admit passes and it did not allow us to book them only. Very rude customer service. Would not recommend it.

Yeah it's expensive, but it's a step up from regular theaters. Super super comfy seats, and the food and drinks aren't that bad. A good place to come if you don't mind spending a bit more.

$9 for a regular seat (only one row) $16 for VIP seat get a free popcorn. The popcorn was terrible. I get it was "free" but you pay a premium price for the seat. The seats are cushiony and comfortable but I felt like I needed to shower when I left. The seats are cloth and look dirty. There is supposed to be in theater service, the ushers only made an effort to check on a few patrons. I'll go to Sheboygan next time.
