My sister and I went to Love today and we could not find anyone to assist us. Same happened 3 years ago. 🤔

Everyone I encountered from the moment I walked in the door at Love Chevrolet was wonderful. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door by friendly, helpful employees. I had the pleasure of working with Buddy as my sales person. He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, but most of all he was NOT PUSHY! I would have left the dealership if I felt pressured, but I was at ease the whole time. When I wanted to look at a car that wasn't on their lot, Buddy was able to find what I wanted-in the color I wanted- and had it delivered to the dealership. Unfortunately, I didn't like the car as much as I thought I would and decided not to buy it. I ended up purchasing a car that I had already test driven that was on the lot. Even through my indecision and the changing of my mind, he never got frustrated or pushy. When I finally found the car I loved, Buddy and the finance team made the purchase very easy and hassle free. I am so thankful that I chose to use Love Chevrolet to purchase my new car. They made my car buying experience easy and fun. Thanks Buddy and Love Chevy!

My communications with Zach and Roger were great. Zach made sure my profile was updated before coming in with what I wanted. Roger made the car search process and purchasing process almost seamless. I didn't feel like a bunch of different things were getting thrown at me and I understood exactly what I was getting. And once my car arrived Roger did a great job at making sure I knew how to use, and had so much patience with us with our two toddlers making things a little more interesting. Would definitely recommend them.

Mac was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and to the point. That’s really what car buyers want, is someone who will shoot straight with you and get to the point without trying to rope you in to a deal that doesn’t fit you. Your whole team was very courteous, even the managers seem to have a servant mindset. Not only was everyone helpful, but transparent as well. David did a great job explaining the numbers and I didn’t feel like anything was being kept back from me. For example, once they checked my credit they offered me the best rate possible the first time, without trying to have me agree to a higher rate without knowing it. Lots of dealerships will try this, but your guys gave me the best rate the first time, without having to struggle with them. Also, I want to mention that I appreciate you guys working with me on the price of the vehicle, other dealerships were unwilling to do so. I won’t say any names, but I will say Herndon Chevrolet in Lexington (SMH). Those are the reasons why you all have earned my business from here on out. Thanks !

Whit was exceptionally helpful. 10/10!!! I came in after they had already closed with a flat tire. Even though they were already closed , Whit was so eager to help me and not leave me and my 1y/o son stranded. First they put my spare on, but after running my info turned out free tires are covered under my warranty. I’m so thankful I was able to make it here and get help. Whit will go far with his personable and positive attitude. Thank you so Much for your help.

Tyler and Luke both did a very good job of helping us find a vehicle within our budget that we were happy with. They could have written us off when the used car wouldn’t work out, but they kept working until we were able to work out a deal on the Sonic.

Oh yeah, you are so pleasant and nice. But at the same time dishonest. Please don't believe the other reviews. They are either friends of the employees or the employees themselves!
I cannot believe you guys sold a car with a bad transmission to us. Before we consider the car, we literally begged you guys to make sure the car was in good condition because it would be driven by our college child. We were told today that the transmission will need to be replace soon and it will cost over $3k. Shame on you! Shame on you! How dare you commit such a disgraceful act toward a customer who could have chosen another dealership, but chose instead we trusted you.response / report this review -

Great customer service! I loved how they didn't invade our personal space as soon as we arrived on their lot!! Richard was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great personality too! He answered all of my questions and didn't leave until I was set with EVERYTHING!! Amazing job guys!! Great customer service will take you far! Your car cleaning service could use some pointers though. Whatever they washed my vehicle with left rough water spots all over it, even the windows!! Looked better when I first looked at it than it did when I drove it off the lot! Not really complaining just a heads up though!! Thank you Love Chevrolet for making me exceptionally happy¡!!!

Had some warranty work done at the truck center. Dillon the service manager was awesome. He proactively communicated status updates. He kept me well informed and I never had to call. The work was was done well. I will definitely be back whenever I need anything done to my Chevy vehicles. Thanks folks

Out of state and they did their best to accommodate me. Brake failure and needed a motor for Brake assist. Back on the road in time for Grandson Graduation from Boot camp. Thanks Love Chevrolet

I had a great buying experience at Love Chevy Harbison. My salesman was Jimmy Hewitt and he went above and beyond to make everything right with my purchase and trade-in. Jimmy was extremely helpful as was the finance manager James Jacques that took his time to explain all the details. Definitely will recommend to friends and coworkers.

We had a dead battery in a 'new' car. Very disturbing. First experience with having to call Chevrolet road service. Good luck in that the road service was fast. Luck that the jump immediately got the controls back up (Hybrid). Was able to drive to the Love Chevy. Research by service found a problem noted by Chevrolet and not known by the dealer at the time of my problem. Service got the information recharged the battery reprogrammed the control module that drained the battery. So far so good.
Service was very efficient and thorough. Treated us well and followup by Micheal, one of our salesmen, got us going with confidence.response / report this review -

I've bought and sold too many vehicles to list. By far, Love Chevy and Jeremy Carter have been the best to work with. I live 125 miles away in Charleston and prefer to drive to purchase my vehicles and service them at Love vs any other big name Chevy dealer near me. Love Chevy has an inviting atmosphere and a no pressure sales and service departments. It's a pleasure to work with them and be able to trust the services provided.

My experience and situation was a very unique situation. Love Chevrolet worked with me to ensure that I had the car that I wanted. They went above and beyond and I appreciate everything that they did. They continue to provide excellent customer service and are still working hard to keep me happy. Great experience and customer service! David McElveen is the best!

I was completely satisfied with every aspect regarding the purchase of my new Chevy Malibu. Everyone on the staff was helpful. And I especially appreciate that it didn't take hours of waiting (as it does with some dealerships). They gave me a great trade-in and a great price, along with great financing. I would highly recommend Love Chevrolet.

My experience was exceptional from everyone at Love Chevrolet! More specifically, Joey was great while taking care of me during an unexpected car breakdown while passing through Columbia from WI. He was in constant contact with me for a week, set me up with a rental to continue my vacation, and made sure to service my car quickly and satisfying. I highly recommend them for all services!

Excellent team, from the front desk to the general manager, and everyone in between. Very helpful, amazing selection of vehicles, wonderful sales each month (check the website before you come), very good maintenance department. No one ever tries to sell me something I don't need. A pleasant place if you need to wait: clean, free coffee & cookies, massage chairs, movie theater, children's play area, free ride to the mall if you would rather go there while you wait. A great family vibe here.

Took my car in last week to have some recalls worked on and I just have to share what a wonderful experience I had! They were great! Sunni Jones was very helpful to me and my service technician Eddie was awesome as well! They both made everything so easy going and did a great job working on my car! I would recommend this place to anyone!
