Needed a charger for a laptop on short notice and started off at Best Buy. They said they didn't have it and that it would be $130. Device Pitstop got me one from their inventory for $30. Highly recommend

My husband and I bought a used computer from Device Pitstop. We had our data transferred from our old computer to the new, but we're still having trouble transferring important information from the old computer. Josh was able to locate this data from the old computers hard drive and put it on our new. I really appreciate that he was willing to do this, since it really saved my husband and I a lot time not having to re-enter it. Would buy from them again.

Great employees and fantastic customer service! They go above and beyond, doing excellent work at a super fair price. We came in close to closing on a Saturday worried they wouldn’t be able to get to it, but they were able to get to it right away and we were set in 20 minutes. We will definitely be returning for all of our device needs in the future. Check them out and don’t forget to leave a tip for the amazing service!

Went into the store. Explained I was moving to South America for a year and needed a reliable laptop to work. They sold me a older model Dell UBL for $350.

Had to bring it back once (from frankfort) because the battery pack was no good. They installed a not factory pack and dropped the price $50 bucks.

Worked OK for about three months. Now I'm in Ecuador and I've got purple ribbons down the left half of the LCD monitor. So I'm stuck having to repair or rebuy here.

It is entirely possible they intentionally gave me a bad unit knowing I would soon be unable to return for repairs.

Purchased a laptop several months back to use for school. Have had no issues with it. Price was great, very satisfied. Also just bought an iPhone 8 plus in the last month, also great price and no complaints. Have bought several computers and phones from this store and will continue to do business with them.

The repair was fast. However, the guy working wasn't exactly helpful. When I started to question about the different types of glass, he responded in a snarky tone " I don't make the glass, I wouldn't know." I understand we all get eager to get off work. But being a Smart ass to the customer probably isn't the brightest idea.

Very helpful, attentive, & fast. I have come in on two separate occasions and Andrew has helped me every time and has always helped and solved my issues! Believe me they know their stuff, I would definitely recommend to take any electronics you have difficulty with and they will take care of you!

I feel very ripped off by this place. Got my computer fixed LESS than 2 months ago (mid-late August) and was debating selling it at the time. I was offered $75 on the spot and decided to get it fixed instead. I dropped $250-$300 getting it fixed because the tech said it would increase the value when I decided to sell it. One of my complaints before handing it over was that it sounded like a leaf blower, tech said upgrading hard drive would fix this issue. Got it back and it still made the noise but worked perfectly other than that. I ended up deciding I wanted to sell, REMINDER: it has been less than 2 months that I, a working college student paid to have it fixed to increase sell value, and instead of at least making what I put into it, offered me $20 cash for a working laptop.. I am shocked. That is the price of a childs toy. Really pissed off and totally screwed over. Paid my savings to have a piece of junk fixed. Lost my business for sure.

Great service! I had the screen replaced on an IPad 4 that my daughter uses for school. They had the device ready for pickup in 2 days and I have not had any issues with it since. The price for repairs are also very reasonable. I will go back again if I need something repaired

These guys are amazing. They had the phone I was looking for and gave me a great price. There was no pressure to buy. They treated me with respect and gave excellent service. This was the second phone I purchased from them. Upgraded my Iphone 5 to a 6. Would not shop anywhere else for a phone or computer.
