Our office heat went out and Comfort Solutions was very prompt with getting a tech scheduled to service it. David was our scheduled technician and was very nice, informative, (handsome 😉) and helpful with getting our heat back on in a timely manner.

Chris and everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. Chris was on time and diagnosed my issue quickly and resolved it just as fast. Will definitely use Comfort Solutions again in the future for anymore heating and cooling issues.

Joe came to my house today and tuned up my two furnaces. He was very personable and extremely professional. He described everything he was doing and was able to small repair at no cost to me. Highly recommended.

We love Comfort Solutions! We use them for regular maintenance our HVAC system. Joe was our technician and we got a courtesy call when he was on the way. Joe was punctual and professional. He did a thorough inspection of our units and explained the process perfectly. Highly recommend these guys!

The people in Comfort Solutions know what they are doing. Scheduling was easy and efficient. Courtesy call and message when the technician is on his way. Our technician, Joe Rayburn, was punctual, professional, courteous and thorough. He explained everything that he's done to maintain our HVAC units and answered all of our questions politely. Quality service!

Called them in the morning, they were able to get us the same day. The technician was professional and friendly, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 to 45 minutes. The cost was definitely reasonable in my opinion. It's warm again! Thank you, Comfort Solutions.

We called and they came out the same day. They solved our issue and even installed a new thermostat, while there. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We'll definitely be using them for all of our needs!

Extremely honest and upfront. We got quotes from several companies when we needed to replace our heating and cooling system but settled on them solely because there was no dishonesty and pushes for upsells. They were very helpful and patient with us while we decided on a system and financing. One of the best experiences I’ve had making a purchase.
A few months later (today) and we had an issue with the system and I’m glad we chose them. They came right out and found there was an issue with the drainage line. They fixed it on the spot, no charge. These guys are great. Responsive, Honest and Knowledgeable.response / report this review -

Dennis took the time to figure out what was wrong with my system. After 45 minutes, he located the wiring system was the problem as it was all crossed up and not aligned. It was causing one thing to work and another not to work. He was very patient and provided excellent knowledge. He did a fantastic job. That's it! I have dibs on Comfort Solutions. I can now NOT use Estes HVAC services - I don't need Estes anymore. Comfort solutions came that same day, while Estes couldn't come the same day. I was not going to put up with another night of sweating! Thank God for Comfort solutions!

After searching for years to find a quality HVAC company, I have finally found one and the search was well work the wait The tech, J.Dunn was very professional, diagnosed my issue completely and fixed my issue quickly. During the entire repair appointment he kept me up to-date on exactly what he was doing and offered tips on how I could save on my electricity bill and make my air conditioning unit last longer. I will always request this tech but I do believe all of the techs employed with this company will provide the same quality of service. Their prices are competitive and I guarantee you will be pleased with the service.

Wonderful experience!! From start to finish! From the front office to the service reps. I couldn't have asked for a better company. I unfortunately had to get a whole unit replaced due to my existing one being 20 years old. I called for an appointment late in Wednesday afternoon. Thursday Patrick came out to service my system and deliver the bad news. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He helped me find a solution to fit my budget. The next day JD and John came out to install a whole hvac system. They worked so hard, for hours straight. They didn't even stop for food. I was highly impressed with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!! I look forward to doing business for years to come!

Honest and Knowledgable.
I wasn't sure if I needed to repair or replace my furnace. Two other companies came out before Comfort Solutions and gave me estimates on replacing the furnace. Denis from Comfort Solutions came out, inspected the unit and had it working in 5 minutes. I'll definitely be calling them if I have any issues in the future.response / report this review -
