Absolute terrible airlines. They boarded us on the plane then made us sit for an hour because they didn’t have the plane ready FOR THE DEPARTURE TIME. Unacceptable and trash airlines. Stay away!!!!!!!!!
WILL NEVER FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I HAD A 3HR DELAY THE STAFF WAS SUPER RUDE AND INSENSITIVE. I CALLED THE SUPERVISOR SHE WAS NO HELP. THREATENED TO TAKE AWAY MY BOARDING AND EVERYTHING
Posted sign says ticket counter opens two hours prior to departure, yet no staff is here. This happens every time. Called the phone number given online and the customer service rep says "this isn't fronteir" and hangs up. Probably the worst company I know of.
Do NOT fly Frontier. They are refusing to credit back a COVID related cancellation even though I went through proper channels to try and cancel ahead of time.
All customer service #s were busy at the time and I could not get through to even hold for someone. They didn't even credit half of my flight cost back. Will never fly Frontier again and will recommend against any friends flying out of BNA or HSV to fly with literally anyone else!
You guys are a joke!
Will never fly frontier again!! My friend and I decided to take a quick trip to Denver for fun. Our flight was at 5am on 10/31/19, we got to the airport at 3:30 checked our bags and headed to our gate. We sat ON the airplane for 4 hours with delay after delay for “mechanical issues.” Our plane was far from full and frontier is already known for canceling flights with the planes aren’t full. So anyway after 4 hours of waiting they finally cancelled our flight causing us to miss the only other frontier flight to Denver that day. We were told to grab our bags and head to the ticket counter. The workers handed out a piece of paper with instructions on what to do if your flight gets cancelled. Anytime anyone had a question the people working for frontier would rudely ignore them and just hold up the piece of paper. They don’t offer to pay for your hotel for the night or an Uber to a hotel. They only book you another flight with the SAME airline (they don’t let you change your flight to another airline and your flight probably won’t be in the same day, they also give you a $100 voucher) or you can book another flight yourself and they reimburse up to $400 TWO weeks later via check in the mail. So we ended up staying the night in the airport because our next flight out was at 6am the next day. My experience in Denver with frontier was completely different but the frontier in the Nashville Airport was absolutely horrible. I would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Just pay more for a better airline where the workers don’t act like their miserable. My first and last time flying frontier
Sad That Everyone Is Waiting On Them And No Workers Just A Bunch Of Their Workers Walking Past Us On There Phones And Not Acknowledging The Line They Have!
Giving one star is being generous in my opinion. After forking out $45 dollars to check my luggage they have lost it. I understand that these things happened, but the communication is appalling. I can't get anyone on the phone to even tell me if it made it to my connecting airport and nobody called me back after leaving messages. The absolute worst customer service ever.
Waste of my money. Waste of my time. They didn't even give me my tickets. Horrible service there. I don't recommend Frontier at all. Don't ever trust them with your money
Ticket agent have no customer service skills, they just want to rip you off
It's a cheap ticket until they hit you with all sorts of fees - like a bag check fee. We paid $60 and had to wait 30 minutes before they started putting our bags out. Terrible airline
I travel a lot, so I've had the opportunity to be treated poorly by a lot of airlines, but this one takes the cake. We had a flight booked from Nashville to Orlando (#1684) today that was cancelled two hours before it left because of "weather," though we later found out that the location the plane was coming from to get to us was not experiencing bad weather today. We figured fine, we'll go to the airport and have them rebook us for tomorrow morning. Somehow, there was nothing going out on Frontier until Saturday, which is six days from now and also overlaps another trip that we have booked. This is how we discovered that Frontier is the kind of irresponsible airline that has no agreements with other airlines to redirect passengers in case of cancellation. All they can do is refund your ticket, which doesn't help you at that point, as airfare (shocker) becomes more expensive when you need to rebook the day of (you do not, by the way, get this refund right away; it takes 7-10 business days and they refuse to give you a confirmation receiptwhat?!). They also told us they couldn't help with a rental car (which we're splitting with two other irate passengers to get to Orlando before NEXT WEEK) or hotel expenses, even though their brilliant suggestion was that we stay in Nashville all week on our own dime to get the next flight out. No. That's not how this works. We held up our end of the deal as customers; we paid for tickets, we were at the airport on time for our flight. If you don't deliver the promised services, your job is to make it right. At the very least, you pay for the CAR that is now going to take us TWELVE HOURS to drive to Florida to get there so we can go to work on Monday (because otherwise, your company is now eating our military leave days, too--it was that or miss seeing my family, whom I do not live near because of where I'm stationed, and whom I therefore see for about four days a year). The complete and utter lack of regard for customers is astounding to me. Truly, I have never seen worse, and I think that many of us who were supposed to be on that flight today learned a valuable lesson: not Frontier. Not ever again.
