This airport is so quaint. Rocking chairs for you to sit in while you wait for your luggage, an interior decor that looks like someone's home, and a brick exterior. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and overall, a nice airport to fly into and out of.

This one is very small, do you can arrive literally 1 hour before your domestic flight. The procedures are quick and simple, there are no lines on the counters and rental cars are always available. The do not have much flights, but the airport itself is very nice, clean and cozy!

Nice small airport. Not a ton of options for food but, what they do have can be pretty good. Staff is friendly and the several times I've been through security, when catching on outgoing flight, have been quick and easy. A good representation of Willmington "hospitality".

Staff and facility are first class. This is for the general aviation area. I came in with a turboprop. The fuel prices were through the roof. (+$2 over my home airport) With a landing fee of $115, waived if you buy 75 gallons of jet fuel, I had to pass on fuel for the first time ever and pay the fee, which is the highest I've seen or paid other than Dulles International. Usually the standard is a 25 gallon minimum.

Everything went smooth today, the American Airlines check in man was very nice and didn’t mind me asking so many questions! The rest of the staff wasn’t as friendly (as in just maybe unhappy at work) but definitely not rude! It was a smooth & easy process

Easy airport all-around. Easy in, easy out, easy parking. Staff has been great when traveling with those needing wheelchair service. Love this airport.

I fly out of ILM any chance I get. There is usually zero wait, staff is kind and courteous, and the airport is reliably clean. They offer free WiFi, have decent food in the off chance you have to wait, and time from getting in the airport to take off is minimal.

Just checked in for the first flight of our move to Germany. My husband and I had 4 bags to check AND a cat. The Delta staff were SO kind and helpful, and their patience went a long way towards making a stressful day a bit more manageable.

I had a fantastic experience in this clean, cute airport! No lines or problems for me, thank you! Friendly staff and easy layout. It's an airport folks, they get busy sometimes! And you can't blame the airport for prices set by the carriers, or problems with airlines or rental services.

I will never use ilm again. My husband and I got here early to make sure we caught our flight on time and still missed it because the lady at the check in desk waited until we were already in the front of the line to tell us we had to go to a different line, they were both at a priority gate.. And she was pretty rude to us about everything as well. Next time we're flying out of myrtle.

Extremely pricey with limited options. They used to have 3 direct flights to New York a day at reasonable prices which they took away. I drive to RDU and pay the $5 to park and save over $100 each flight.

Small airport and short wait times if at all. You can go through customs here and breeze through the larger connecting airports. Always a pleasure.
