Got a couple of oyster poboys and potatoes salad. Excellent food with very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Man, well there's a reason why you go to a place multiple times and try at least there dishes before making a recommendation. Okay, so I just made that up. Either way, I heard many wonderful reviews about Lola's, and tried for the first time. Loved it. Now, I wasn't happy with my grits and shrimp. The flavors were just too strong. But I didn't fault the restaurant because I was trying something new. Fortunately, my husband ordered crawfish etoufee and red beans and rice and a cup of gumbo. All are our favorites, and none disappointed.

Therefore, I was understandably excited to bring my mom. This time I ordered the etoufee. Delicious. My mother order fried catfish and string beans. Very disappointing. The fish was cooked perfectly, but was absent of seasoning. The string beans were drenched in liquid smoke. Although I don't like to, I had to send it back. Exchanged for greens. Again, swimming in liquid smoke. No other flavor. It was quite sad.

Nice little place with delicious Louisiana style food. We had an artichoke and crab appetizer which was the best I've had in a long time. For an entire, we had the bronzed salmon which was tender and flakey.

Love their edible landscaping! I went for the first time for my birthday lunch. I had the shrimp and grits. Although, I felt the portion could have been larger, it was delicious. They also had real southern sweet iced tea. I would definitely go back.

Went for dinner one evening around 6. I had a reservation but still ended up waiting for a table. After being seated, and reviewing the menu, we still had a nice wait for the food. This place is definitely not for you if you are in a hurry. I will say that the food IS worth waiting for. And the service is good, just not speedy.

Great place for Cajun food. Quaint place, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff.

We ordered a doz chargrilled oysters and they came out just like the ones in New Orleans, the bread was also grilled.

Main course we had Bronzed shrimp jambalaya & Bronzed shrimp & Gouda cheese grits, with a andouille mushroom ragout.

They have a great wine and beer collection.

Wow, is all I can say. We always try to eat off a spot from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and found this one. While we did not eat the featured meal we at the bronzed shrimp and grits with mushroom ragout. It was so delicious we ate there 3X the first trip. We now plan all our trips to or through Vegas around mealtime so we can eat at Lola's. I don't knoe what you guys are doing, but keep it up!

I've been dreaming about this place since I saw it on social media over two years ago. I went with some local friends and it was AMAZING. I got all the seasonings mixed in one bag with 1 pound of fresh crawfish and potatoes and it was amazing! I found myself going back and sucking the empty shell just for the flavor. I tried a bit of the mussels and even some lobster and it was outstanding. When all the seafood was gone, we ordered Cajun fries and used the leftover sauce as a dip. Again, amazing! I can't wait to go back.

If you have a large group I don't recommend this restaurant. The hostess was rude. Our server was extremely nice. The fried catfish, shrimp, and chicken were delicious. I was very disappointed in the Gumbo and Etouffée.

A small restaurant that was on my show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives".

In a nutshell very Friendly and upbeat staff.

I'd like to go back and try some other entrees to get a better cross section of good quality. But, I'll review what I had.

Apparently, it's pretty popular! everything I read mostly was all good. I've learned one thing over the years and that's popular doesn't always mean "Great." That said, Lola's is GOOD, but not GREAT overall n my opnion.

Crab Cakes were good. Nicely seasoned, nice size and decent texture. The little greens it came with were not that good. the Gumbo was OK just OK. It was rich, dense and dark. Slightly smoky. was lacking real flavor compared what i have had in New Orleans not even close.

Now the Jambalaya reminds me of what you'd get in New Orleans to an extent. the flavor was on point and I would definitely order that again. The Shrimp were amazing in the Jambalaya. The pricing for the portion was not cool at all though lol.

All in all.. I would probably give it another chance and try other things on the menu like the Shrimp Creole for example. which I read was very good. It did not reach my expectations but the food was decent overall.

Went for my birthday and had an awful experience. The pictures online are deceiving. The restaurant is very small and the lighting is horrible. Horrible horrible service from the waitress from when we arrived until we left. The staff member who took my reservation over the phone told me they give complimentary desserts for birthday guest. When we got to the restaurant, the waitress said that wasn't true and the end. She was very nonchalant and uncaring. I don't recommend this place and will not return.

I love this place! It has such a variety of food but not an overwhelming menu. Although there is a great variety ranging from poke to bulging To clam chowder soups all their items are well prepared and delicious. I really like there clan chowder soup and their wings!
