Such a nice office with kind staff and a very friendly veterinarian, Dr. Herbert! She was very happy to see us, her demenour and care will be why I return. Thank you for providing professional service with a smile to my baby!!

Dr. Herbert is extremely talented, thorough, and knowledgeable. The staff is extremely helpful with questions and concerns, and does everything with a sincere smile. Every time I bring my dog we have a great experience. I would recommend her to everyone!

My introduction to Dr. Herbert and the West End Animal Wellness Center began when they were designing the place. My sister took her new kitten there last year and had a wonderful experience.
This year I took my cat, Stella Bella. She was a rescue that my goddaughter had to give up and I have taken in. She had some health issues, the worst of which were her teeth. The poor cat could barely eat and was underweight. Dr. Herbert took care of her and directed me to the Humane Society's organization, Lifeline for Pets. The organization paid for dental surgery including scaling her gums and removing seven diseased teeth.
The care is extraordinary. The staff are so sweet, gentle, caring and efficient. I trust Dr. Herbert with my pets and recommend her highy to anyone who asks. She knows a lot of the pet owners and the pets. I'm grateful to have a vet and clinic such as this in my neighborhood.response / report this review -

dont get anal gland expressions done here. they will do it wrong. i have a big dog and they did an external expression when large dogs need internal expressions done. my dog is still agitated and is secreting fluid. this has been a major waste of time. i called and told them the problem. they tried to have her come back in and redo it but they did the same thing again and gave her an external expression instead of internal. if done right, the dog will put off a potent smell afterwards. there was absolutely no smell and she had not been sprayed with an agent. do not i repeat do not go here for anal gland expression.

The staff at West End Animal Wellness has been nothing but helpful and friendly. The waits are sometimes long but the service is excellent. I would only say that I wish they were better about providing follow up instructions on paper or by email. I am forgetful.

Never have been to a vet as amazing as West End Animal Wellness Center. I can not even begin to explain the amazing experience that I had bringing my cat Tiger to see Dr. Herbert. Definitely will be bring my dog Stella to see them in the future. Thank you for all your help!

I woke up to my pet vomiting found this vet right down the street from my place walked in first thing in the morning and although the doc had several surgeries the team worked us in as quickly and efficiently as possible. Every one was kind and genuinely helpful. Also the prices were reasonable and the doc explained every cost and suggested procedure thoroughly before allowing me to make the best and most feasible decision for us. This is our new vet family.

West end animal wellness center provides 5 star service to both you and your pet. My dog is anxious about vet visits but the staff here treated him with kindness. The staff starting at the front desk all the way to the actual doctor took time to make my dog and I feel comfortable during his visit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants kind individuals to take good care of your pet. I can not wait to return for the next visit.

I brought my puppy into the office on an emergency.She was having seizures and at times even unresponsive.i had no idea what was u wrong with her at the time.They found out she apparently ate something while she was outside I that made her very sick.They took really good care of a her and because of them my baby is home and back to her self! The vet and the staff are so amazing and kept me well informed the whole time
They are compassionate about what they do and because of my experience I am happy to make my puppy a new patient!response / report this review -

What an incredible experience. The doctor is amazing and her staff and very welcoming and caring! They're very knowledgeable and very efficient with following up and quick to answer any questions!! If I could rate her a 10 star I would but 5 is the highest it goes !! Please don't hesite check them out.

This is the best vet I've been to. They are super nice and personable and caring, and very accommodating when our fur babies are nervous. They helped us out with a stray we took in, first in trying to find the owners, and then when the owners never responded they helped us adopt him and get all of his health needs taken care of. They've also been wonderful with my senior dog and my cat. I live in the neighborhood and it's so nice to have such a great vet just around the corner, and they are wonderful members of the community. Can't recommend them enough!
