My first visit was great with Tina, she is amazing and cares about her patients. Second visit 3 months later, Tina was not available so i had to see Bonnie. Bonnie tried to take me (instantly) off medication that i have been taking for many years and now since i no longer have health insurance she also wants me to come back in for a follow up visit when i was just there 1 month ago and pay another $100 just for the visit again. It makes me feel like all your company cares about is money and not the well being of the patient. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new provider practice now. What a waist of my time when i was looking to establish a provider and your office manager, needs some customer service training. Very careless of my medical conditions and not helpful at all!

I had my first visit recently. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The NP was veru knowledgeable and had answeres for me that previous doctors could not answer. I felt like my concerns and questions were heard, for the first time in a long time. I would definitely recommend Aspire to anyone who asks.

Great experience from the moment I stepped in the door. However, I have to give a shout out to one of the nurses that helped me. I almost ended up fainting after seeing my own blood after it had been drawn and the nurse was EXTREMELY helpful. She got me a juice to sip on for my nauseousness, and even walked me to go lay down. Felt rather silly afterwards but I’m very thankful for all she did, and for her professionalism. Personal and professional environment, 10/10 from me!! \(^~^)/

I LOVE this Doctor's office! So much so, that I have referred my entire family and they all go there now! Friendly and Welcoming front desk, Professional and helpful Medical staff and as a whole just a great place!

I have had wonderful experiences at Aspire. Stella is fantastic! She is compassionate and takes the time to listen to all your concerns. She calls you directly with medical results.

Ten minutes late grabbing me for an 830 appt. Great otherwise! Chris is an awesome nurse and very friendly. Tina, NP takes her time and really listens. She is knowledgeable and very up to date with recent studies/research. I look forward to this being my medical home.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Got my vaccines done here along with my spouse. Definitely would recommend this place for reasonable fees. Dr. Benjamin Schurr was a very approachable and comforting. Thank You!

I called this office as a new patient and also new to the area. I was having a pain issue and they got me in same day as a NEW PATIENT to be seen. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful greeting me and helping me figure out my insurance information after I'd accidentally grabbed the wrong card heading out of my house. Even though it was the end of the day, everyone I encountered was friendly and caring. Dr. Schnurr took his time asking me about concerns I had - not just the pain I'd come in for. He got referrals done right away and I had follow up phone calls from the staff the very next day. When I call they are easy to get a hold of and always helpful. The office is clean and well kept and I was seen exactly on time for my appointment. Dr. Schnurr even helped me with treatment options that would best fit my insurance coverage. I really can't say enough good things about my experience here. It's safe to say you have a patient for life!

My daughter and I have been going no to Aspire for a few years now and it has been wonderful. The staff and doctors are amazing. Great with scheduling, amazing bedside manner and just a great overall.

I have been a patient of this practice for a year and have always found the entire staff to be knowledgeable, professional and competent. The office runs smoothly and on time. Dr. Schnurr and both NP's, Bonnie and Stella have all provided me with excellent care in the office and with follow up phone calls. I highly recommend this practice.

Went in for my first appointment today and it was a wonderfully easy experience. The reception staff were friendly and I was in the waiting room only a matter of minutes before a nurse called me back. The examination process was both thorough and easy. Every nurse who saw me was kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The nurse who performed the blood work was amazing. I barely felt a thing and it was over quickly. If you are looking for a good family practice I recommend Aspire Family Medicine.
