Everyone was very friendly. Service was impeccable. Food was good too. Drinks were a little pricey, but I guess that's expected. Rooms are beautiful and very very clean. The spa area and gym are AWESOME. We'll return.

Excellent hotel. Awesome pool and private beach access.Great for families with kids of any age. Outstanding costumer service. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Definitely coming back.

The best family friendly hotel resort on South Beach. The staff were incredibly nice. The manager Jonathan assistant us with check-in the day before Thanksgiving morning. He was awsome. Loews has been completely renovated.
The rooms were clean and had plenty on room. The drinks were strong too. Only real complaint is the the Fitness Center doesn't open until 6:00am. Highly Recommended.response / report this review -

I stayed at the Leows from 11/22 to 11/27. While the hotel was very clean, food was good, and the room was nice, my wife and I felt like this was a cheap imitation of a five star resort.
The beach had chairs in no particular direction. If you want to have an umbrella, it is not included in your daily resort fee, but charged at $25 extra for the day. The only water available at the beach is a $9 bottle.
The pool has more chairs than one could ever think possible. You will be next to people the entire stay. It is literally packed to capacity. If you get up from your chair for fifteen minutes, your chair will be taken by someone else. This happened to my wife and I. When we spoke to the pool manager, Jay, he told us he would provide us with two drinks on the house and two new chairs for our inconvenience. We later found the cost of the two drinks on our bill at checkout.
Drinks at the hotel are incredibly overpriced, and we live and work in Manhattan. We paid about $46 for two drinks. Additionally, expect to pay 20% on anything as it is automatically included, even for just pouring a beer.
The room was clean, and we were satisfied with the service. However, a mini fridge is an additional $35 for the duration of your stay. I’m just happy toilet paper and towels were included in the cost.
All in all, we have had better service, a nicer beach, a nicer pool, and much better value in the numerous Caribbean islands.response / report this review -

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with. The food, though expensive, was excellent and so imaginatively prepared.

Great ambiance; service is not consistent but when it's good it's pretty good. Did not like the up charging on everything: for example, would you like some orange juice and coffee as you sit down for breakfast. That will be $10.50 per person added to your bill if you accept. The kitchen thought it was OK to serve old brown lettece with my salad. That said, the turkey burgers were magnificent and our waitress on the first day deserves a promotion.

The hotel is awesome, i had great time here and i was amazed how the stuff was so nice and helpful. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to all popular places in South Beach I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great hotel with views on almost any room you might get. Food at the pool and in the restaurant are very good. They even got a great little coffee shop and ice cream place. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay ever.
The location, the staffs, let me start with Brad the reservation agent, who helped us to book this amazing accommodation room with food and beverage deal. i thank you so much well done.
Neysha at the front desk, she was so sweet and she went beyond and above our expectation . she even recognized our anniversary sent us an Amenity. we appreciate the love. Awesome staff.
The room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice views to the beach with balcony, overall excellent stay we had. one of the best hotel we ever stayed. keep up what you doing. Will be returning. :)response / report this review -

This is my first experience at a Loews hotel and I was blown away. The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. The rooms were well decorated and clean (though a little small). This hotel is right on Collins where everything is happening. Lincoln Road mall is right down the street and so is Ocean Drive. Overall, I had a blast and will definitely come back.

Outstanding Hotel and Resort! The service here is impeccable they are attuned to their customers needs and make sure that you feel welcome and relaxed at all times. If spending a day by the pool is your priority please consider using Soak best Cabanas I have ever seen. Also management is very receptive to opinions and comments about the resort. From the time you walk through the door to the time that you leave they will cater to your every need.

Room was kind of small. Service was similar to other high end hotels. It's a large hotel which dilutes the service slighty, but still was great. Pool and Beach access are absolutely amazing. Beautiful views and great location. Suites may not be worth the expensive price tag - I've gotten more for less in more desirable locations. Overall, great experience! Some small things can improve here and there but definitely would be happy to go back.

This hotel is amazing! Right on the beach with private chairs and drink service. The rooms are very nice and everybody is very friendly. There are also big booty mamas everywhere. The water is perfect, today as I was sitting in the ocean a school of fish swam past me. We could not check in until 3pm but the staff allowed us to change into our bathing suits and go to the beach while they stored our bags. Very cool.response / report this review -

The hotel is absoloutely stunning on the inside, with very ornate marble designs. The service provided within was equally as excellent. The staff seemed, at least to me, happy to be there which is something I found lacking throughout Miami. The drinks ordered were as you would expect, and the food was delightful. It also offers a gorgeous view of the beach and some extended parts further down south Beach which make for some truly stunning vistas. I would definitely recommend visiting here.
