Service is amazing. The front desk was willing to go above and beyond for all our needs. They even let us change rooms for a minor convenience.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Short walking distance to everything (beach, shopping, food, etc). The staff is extremely friendly and have been very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs also has awesome food.

The overall experience was below average. The only positive thing was that it was right by the beach. The plugs for our room didn't plug in properly and the bed sheets were all stained and dirty. At the concierge desk, we were rarely greeted or get a small head nod while he goes back on his phone. You get what you pay for. Convenient in and out location by the tourist hot spot though !

There is no way that this hotel is a 3.5 star hotel. When we got into our room the room was so hot and took an hour or more for the air conditioner to cool the room off. The room was dirty. There were blood stains on the side bed slats. The bathroom is extremely small. The paint is cracking and peeling off all over the room. There were dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. The furniture had stains from water or other drinks. The noise from the street and the hostel next door was amazingly loud. We brought these problems to the manager's attention and he said he couldn't do anything about it on the first night. I understood as the hotel was booked. However, he offered to move us to a new room the next morning and have our luggage moved. We left for the day thinking that everything would be handled by the time we got back. We returned back to the hotel at 3:30 and to our surprise our luggage had been moved to another room that was dirty from the previous occupants. The bed hadn't even been made. Furthermore, when we returned to the hotel Friday evening after dinner several people were sitting outside the front door smoking pot. I most definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing!! Small cozy hotel, they have a free shuttle to the airport, they just give you bread and orange juice for breakfast. If you want your room cleaned please tell them otherwise they won't do it and honestly that's better. If you need more towels ask as well. You get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. It's around the corner from the popular tours. The bathroom is small. VERY CLEAN, FRIENDLY, and Quiet!

Doesn't seem like much from the outside. But on the inside it exceeded my expectations, I had a great time here with absolutely no troubles. I just wish the breakfast had some eggs but that's just me.

This hotel is certainly about its prime location and much less about the quality of their rooms and amenities. My room consists of a large bed - that part isn't so bad - but that's about it. There's a small table and chair, but there's no art on the walls, and the bathroom is about three feet by three feet. The toilet is so near the wall that you have to sit on it sideways. There's a resort fee that does provide access to the spotty WiFi and two chairs and an umbrella at the beach. Be sure to ask for a beach towel at the hotel so you don't get all the way to the beach and find out that they don't provide the towels there. That was rather frustrating. Also, if you're sensitive to noise, know that the service entrance at the end of the hall is incredibly noisy and can be heard from your room. All of that being said, this location is within walking distance of the beach and of several great restaurants that serve Ceviche, fish, and other fantastic local cuisine. Another thing to be aware of is that parking is the worst around this location. I found a great spot a few blocks away, but not until after I'd paid a lot to park across the street. Overall, if you're looking for something pretty basic, but in a great location, this is the place for you.
