We catered from their thanksgiving day menu and it was absolutely amazing! They never disappoint. Thank to Howie and the whole crew over there for making my thanksgiving easier and delicious. Especially since coming home with a new born!

Yes, I would come to Livotis just for the music you're treated to when you walk in the door.( more Louis Prima,please!!)
Always a warm and welcoming old world feeling awaits. In my many weekly visits the staff is always courteous and friendly. Never a problem at checkout. The pizza, bread and hot prepared foods are terrific. Love Livotis. Hope to see Vic DiBitetto for a meet and greet soon!

I recently went to a party that was catered by Livoti’s. The food was delicious but their portions were completely off. Food was ordered for 20 people. There wasn’t even close to 20 portions of the chicken francaise and other hot buffet food except the pasta. The owners were very rude when this was brought up and said a tray or tray and a half should be ordered next time. There won’t be a next time. They also claimed no one else in 19 years had ever complained there hasn’t been enough food which I find extremely hard to believe. Food was ordered according to their catering menu There were people who didn’t eat at all and quite a few children. When the food was delivered the plates and cutlery were forgotten and the driver had to come back with these items. I would not recommend catering at all and have told friends and family the same.

Visited Livoti's for the first time and I was impressed with the selection of food. Great selection of prepared and fresh food. The cheese steak bread was really good and stuffed with plenty of meat. The prices seem very good as well.

Today my wife and I went to Livolti in Middletown,NJ my wife saw they had stuffed artichokes so we bought two to y them out. Well, guess what? They were terrible Dry tips were burnt and the stuffing didn't have a good taste at all, had to throw them out. Maybe they were very old! Now you may say I don't know what I am talking about but I grew up in Brooklyn with an Italian back ground and we know what artichokes are suppose to taste like. Looking at them in the show case they look very delicious, but when we ate them sorry to say they were terrible. I hope the other items I purchased are better than the artichokes were.

Love the food there and the prices aren't so bad.unless the cashiers have to key it in. They NEVER put in the right prices. $50 for half a pound of asparagus then she changed it to $10. Who pays $20 a pd for asparagus it was not the right price twice. Left with buyers remorse - probably will never buy fresh produce there again! Invest in 21st century technology then we'll be back..

There was a sign out front that asked for comments or complaints so. We have been customers of both locations for years unfortunately after today we will no longer give our business to either location.
I went to pick up some fresh meats and vegetables I got to the check out and realized I had a coupon for 5.00 off, I showed the cashier who first said "oh we don't take coupons here anymore" I showed her the coupon that said Aberdeen and while she was lookong at it she swiped my visa them proceeded to tell me that she already processed the payment so was it ok that i didn't get to use my coupon , I should have asked for a manager but since the staff there is less than helpful I didn't bother. I will take my business to Tuscany who has excellent customer service and their food is just as good if not better.

Products are awesome Prices are a little bigger than your large supermarkets, but that's okay HOWEVER, when you attempt to checkout is where the disaster begins! First the lines are horrendous even when there are 3 people waiting to pay. The cashiers have to manually type in the price and department. Most are nothing short of slow, impersonable with some being downright rude. Then, on the other end of the spectrum, you have the cashier that cannot stop talking to a customer as if they were the last one in the store! Hello, anyone home? There is a line waiting to pay! Stop the BSing and move the people out quickly and courteously. This will make the store more profitable, as you will serve more customers in a shorter period of time. This will cut the waiting-time down making customers more likely to return. That said, I probably won't return to the store until the above charges are made! I will update this review as changes are made

Lavoti's is a great asset to the neighborhood. I go at least once a week for great produce, fresh made ravioli (Pastosa!) and home made sauce, italian bread and fish. It's a fun shopping experience too-with Italian music to sing to while shopping! Glad they are here!

If you come here, please do yourself a favor and get their fresh mozzarella balls. That with their fresh breath and prosciutto is so amazing. They have all sorts of other Italian dishes and they are ok. But the mozzarella is to die for.
