If there was a way to give 0 stars I would.
Tries ripping me off as he calculated incorrectly and added some other flowers I never asked for. He then justifies it saying it was ok to charge me a few extra dollars because he gave me some leaves.

VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE AND THEY HAD CIGARETTE ASHES AND IT SMELLED LIKE CIGARRETES BUT MY HIGH GUESS IS BECAUSE THE OWNER SMOKES IN HIS FLOWER SHOP.

I ordered flowers for my best friend when she graduated this past May. It was a huge accomplishment and deserved recognition. She thought I was unable to be there because I had flowers sent from Heather Floral the day before. (all apart of my plan!) The flowers HAD to make it her work the day before and Heather Floral delivered it perfectly. I had used Heather Floral before. Last time they put together a beautiful piece so I knew they wouldn't disappoint. This time, it was beyond beautiful. I will continue to use them for their expertise, fresh flowers, and reliability.

I recently ordered flowers from Heather Floral and wanted them sent to a friends work. She was getting the promotion she was long over due for so it couldn't be just ordinary flowers bought in an average place. I wanted them fresh, vibrant, and to attract attention. They provided me with great customer service when I called and even came in to pick the arrangement out. Price was comparable to other places I have used, Quality here is much higher though. My friend Sarah received the flowers (on time I might add!) and loved them. So did everyone else in the office. It really made the statement I was going for. She deserved them and I will be buying my flowers from Heather Floral from now on.
