If I could give this 0 stars I would, the whole night was terrible, people running in the halls about three fights happen (not an exaggeration this really happen) yet no security on site at all and if there was they sure didn't help, the people should have been removed all together and when complaining nothing was done. Absolutely aweful

Worst extended stay property that we ever stayed. Usually we spend at least 1 week every month in extended stays across different locations. Everything is bad starting from the hotel location, room, overall cleanliness and the worst of them is the front desk staff. They are discourteous, rude and lack basic civil sense of talking to guests. Most of the time are not at the reception. We were supposed to stay for 2 weeks but had to leave in 5 days. Would suggest to stay away from this property.

Just for a sake its smoke free but you can smell it in almost all the rooms

When we arrived, our room was dirty, they had to hurry up and move us to a new room. The rooms were nice but the "no smoking" hotel was definitely not smoke free. The entire third floor smelled like weed and when we said something the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. The continental breakfast is muffins and granola bars. I don't plan on coming back.

Surprised. Good location away from a lot of typical hotel hubbub. Nice kitchenette, refrigerator, dishes etc. Professional, courteous yet non intrusive staff.
Took care of a couple of maintenance issues right away.
The cost is just right for staying by the week or month. Thanks Michelle, Cierra and Paul.
There's also a beautiful geese colony that hang around the grounds. Lovely

This is a great place to stay while on vacation or if you want to get away for a minute. It's not really accessible off the main highway's if you are from out of town you might find yourself lost if your not familiar with the area.

The stay was ok and my room was clean didn't have a problem with that but I think they need sum more housekeepers cause it takes to long to get into your room it literally took two hours to get my room but other than that it was a nice place to stay I will come again if I have to Thanks extended stay for having my room clean that's all I really cared about

My room was extremely clean and orderly. It looked like no one else had stayed there and i felt like it was just for me. The bed was firm but comfortable and everything worked well and looked brand new! The area felt very safe but still close to downtown detroit where there are great bars and attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.
