I'm a transguy. They were exceptionally nice and understanding of my pronouns and everything. I went in to get antibiotics. They made me feel comfortable and well-informed. They all were genuinely nice and honest. Easy to talk to. Also have good sense of humor.
The staff were very friendly and informative to myself, and my husband. They were able to help find a wonderful doctor when I got pregnant and reasonable pricing for meds.
It was my first time ever going to a planned parenthood so I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't like either of the office ladies but I loved the nurses and the Doctor. I had to wait an hour and half just to see the Dr. though. I started the bc pills and the lady when you head out didn't explain how to get refills. I was also supposed to get a prescription but they rushed me out of there and I never got one and was told to make another appointment to get a prescription even though my appointment had just ended. Frustrating desk ladies who made me anxious but caring nurses and a friendly doctor who all made me feel comfortable.
I called the health center to have my birth control implant removed and replaced. I told them on the phone what kind it was and how long I'd had it and they scheduled me an appointment. After being forced to wait and hour and a half for my appointment, I was brought into the back room and then told that the effectiveness of my birth control had been reevaluated and I didn't need it replaced for another year. That would've been really great to know before I drove 40 minutes to the office and waited an HOUR AND A HALF for the appointment!!! I've never had a more frustrating experience
Never had any problems here with my daughter they have always been polite
Worse office ever, I wish I could give zero stars. they take forever, no one greets you, they act like you're stupid for asking questions. Completely unprofessional, especially the curly haired blonde nurse and the short haired lady at the desk, can't stand this place. Rather go to the one Livonia or ferndale.
Love them
The ladies at the front desk tend to be rude. They toss stuff around and are snotty. The doctors are alright but the receptionists make me want to switch back to the PP on Beecher Rd even though it's much farther away. They get the job done and I get my pills mailed to me so I don't have to be bothered with them often.
