I purchased a 2007 Pontiac grand prix GT from them, Dick worked with my credit and fit me approved.
Since then I've had minor issues with the car, and I called up there and they were soooo generous and helped me out SO much, fixed my hear, my wheel alignment and my tirod for free. Dave the mechanic has been WONDERFUL to me and Dick also. I don't usually do reviews but I have had such a great experience here that I had to!!!! Brad there are no words to describe my appreciation to the wonderful and great experience I’ve had with Law auto sales. You made the impossible to happen and you never got tired nor gave up, you always answered our calls you staid after your working hours to follow up, and yes we made it and I just got a very clean car with smoth process and my experience with you guys is unbelievable. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks a million.

Great service and great people, cocoa always makes you feel welcomed! Vince and Brad are very professional yet down to earth. They have an on-site mechanic that has years of experience. Overall when you purchase a car from law auto, you're getting value at a great price, from good people.

Needed a car for my son. Vince and the crew worked with us to find a great car that we could afford and was a perfect fit for what we needed. They made sure the car was is great working order so we could be confident our son would have a reliable car.
A few months later I was buying a new car and had a car trade in. I called Law Auto and they gave me a great price and took care of everything in the spot. I highly recommend the Law Auto Sales team.response / report this review -

I brought my vehicle in for an AC Condenser replacement. Vince, Brad, and the entire team at Law Auto were willing to work around my schedule for an easy and convenient experience. The mechanics thoroughly explained the problem to me and how they would fix it. I highly recommend the family-owned business, Law Auto Sales, for any car needs.

I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty from Law Auto on 9/3/17, yes it was a Sunday. It’s seems Vince Law was so hungry to rip off a veteran he decided to open up the place just to take my $7,000.00 cash! At first I thought Vince was doing me a favor, but after having the car for less than 2 weeks and the car stopped running I felt otherwise. Vince remedy to the broke Jeep was to charge me even more money which I didn’t have. His explanation to me was, he sold me the Jeep for a bargain price, and that he even repaired the door locks (if he hadn’t, the car wouldn’t lock, and who the hell would pay $7k cash for a car that wouldn’t securely lock? Not me Vince) with cash out of his own pockets (but he’s the owner) so therefore he can’t help me out. I’m sorry but Vince Law needs some integrity, when someone spends their life earnings earned from fighting for their country, the last thing they need is some fast talking father and son team, taking their hard earned money. BEWARE OF LAW AUTO AND VINCE LAW! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT SELL YOU A LEMON! THEN HE WILL HAVE HIS SON BULLY YOU AROUND! VINCE LAW WILL HIDE UNDERNEATH HIS DESK LIKE A CROOK WITHOUT A CONSCIOUS! HE KNOWS HES SELLING DAMAGED VEHICLES, BUT HE’S SO HARD UP TO KEEP HIS DADDIES CAR LOT OPEN, HE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR A DEAL! But to be totally fair about the hiding under his desk comment, when I called Vince Law( the owner of Law Auto and my salesman) about the problem the Jeep was having after owning it for only 2 weeks, Vince said bring the car in and he would fix the car for free. However, when I took the car in for service Vince Law offered to charge me $200 per his rude son Brad Law. Vince Law said he would help me out with the cost of my repair as a good gesture but he had the car in service for 2 days and they didn’t fix anything! THIS FATHER AND SON TEAM ARE LIARS AND RUDE AS HELL! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU CAN PURCHASE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY WHICH THEY DON’T OFFER! AND WHATEVER YOU DO, NOT PAY CASH! IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY! I hadn’t had my car for 2 weeks, and still the car doesn’t run after having it for 6 weeks total now. Still haven’t received the title for the car yet either. Vince Law refuses to return calls. THIS PLACE IS FOR PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT, THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT GOOD FOR BUYING CASH OUT CARS! ANY AUCTION IS BETTER THAN THIS DUMP!

Bought a car last Friday from brad law. First let me start by saying I would never go to a used car lot. But all the reviews were great so I figured why not. Iv been looks at a certain car for months been looking at ford dealers. They had a Focus st there that I was lookin at so I figured why not. Wen I get there the car looks amazing I go for the test drive stop somewhere check everything looks great. So me n brad talk nothing but great customer service I drove a hour out just thinking I'd look at it. Brad got me in the car iv always wanted that day gave me a warranty and filled my tank. Law auto n brad did what they said they would do and me my experience great thanks to law and brad I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend to a friend thanks again guys

I recently sold my car to this shop, and had a fantastic experience. Everyone there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I dealt mostly with Vince, who was incredibly helpful. If I ever need to sell another car, or buy a used car, I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's rare to find a shop/car dealer that is helpful and honest. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

I visited Law Auto Sales on 3/02/17 and expressed to Brad my credit situation as well as the amount I have available for a down payment. I agreed on test driving the Kia Soul. Brad submitted my informatuon for approval. It is now 3/03/17 at the end of the day and no call or anything. He told me that he would let me know something by 11am on 3/3 but was upset that i called him a few moments before to get an update. He said I was being unreasonable and that I was given him a hard time and told me to forget the deal and have a great weekend. I tried explaining to him that I'm upset because he wasnt providing any updates so i needed to know if I should money at another dealership who has buy here pay here options. He said do what i want and he don't care anymore. I do know for a fact that a dealership subj let you know within moments of you walking in there whether or not they can help, it does not take 2 days to determine if you qualify for a car loan. Never had antoine ever told you to come back after they run your information. My question now is.if Brad took my information to be used for another purpose. BRAD RESPONDED BUT WHAT HE DIDN'T MENTION IS THAT HE DIDN'T CONTACT ME I HAD TO CONTACT HIM AND I CALLED TWICE NOT REPEATEDLY BECAUSE HE NEVER NOT ONCE GAVE ME An UPDATE that was the problem. Not only that the young lady said he wasn't doing anything and couldn't be found in the office. Bottom line was I've never been to a dealership in which you didn't receive an update within the hour whether or not financing is available. I was able to go to ralph thayer and get a vehicle with 30 minutes of being there so I'm not sure what the issue was but the customer service i experience and eceived was not great at all. Not once did Brad mention within 90 minutes because they were closing within the hour so that was false.

Being a out of state buyer I was very wary about buying a used truck out of state. Brad and everyone at Law Auto Sales were some of the nicest and most honest people that you will deal with. The process was as seamless as could go and the truck was as promised and I am very happy. They even drove the vehicle 5 hours to split the drive with me to split my drive time in half. Very rarely do you find honest used car lots that take the time to go above and beyond, but this is one of them. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase. Vince was very patient & understanding. Showed a willingness to work with me. Whatever I pointed out about the 2010 Ford Ranger- he was willing to address all my concerns. If you are struggling & need a vehicle- go to Law Auto Sales in Wayne, Michigan. Law Auto Sales will work with you. And they got the sweetest dog- Cocoa- I wanted to kidnap her.😊 Thanks- Law Auto. Oh- & I got the Ford Ranger- beautiful truck.So don't bother looking for that one.I'm sure they got many other nice vehicles.
