Okay so I have called maybe about 6 or 9 times in today and Friday and Thursday of last week and apparently nobody is answering I need to ask about a ticket and I get no response the most slowest help I can ever get and it sucks the Newton Court is way faster and they are more polite and assist you right away

These reviews are definaltely biased, they all must have lost their cases as the staff at the Court House has never been anything but nice. Yes Lincoln County is a bit lost in time, but that lends to its charm.

The people in the estate department are very rude, insensitive, and disrespectful! You would think they would try to help people after losing a loved one, but apparently they just want a lawyer to do all there work for them! Glad I moved out of Lincoln County, they are much nicer in Catawba County!

The most racist and sexist court house I have ever seen. It's a three-ring circus led by uneducated office staff hicks. Don't bother trying to email or fax information from law enforcement or other counties. The court house is still set in the 1920's and only communicates by snail mail. Expect EVERYTHING to take longer than necessary and for frustration to ensue.

The people working in the eatate department are some of the rudest people we have ever dealt with! The way they speak to people is so condescending and nasty! You would think they would be a little more compassionate since they are serving people that have recently lost loved ones. Sad world we live in that you lose a loved and are treated in such a disrespectful manner.

This place is the most Corrupt County I have ever had anything to do with. Everyone should avoid the place. If you are from out of town expect officers to pull you over and say you were speeding. If you go to their circus court date the officer doesn't even show but the ticket doesn't get threw out instead the people treat you like an idiot saying that was just an admin date. It's a racket they have going to rip people off that come through their Rip Off town. People should vote the court clerk out because he is to good to return phone calls about said issues.

Jennifer in the estate clerk of court is rude and short from the word go. She was probably is the most hateful person I have ever worked with in a government office. It is a shame our tax dollars are spent on employees who are rude and hard to deal with as her. I simply began asking her questions then she proceeded to cut me off in a rude and hateful manner.
    What a wonderful public servant!
