Jacuzzi tub totally worth the upgrade after the chill weather outside. Management accommodating and helpful, and rooms clean and reasonably well appointed. A good home base for a northern Michigan adventure.

Clean rooms, friendly owners, killer view of the bridge and the jacuzzi is feeling fantastic!!! Heading to the island tomorrow, the ferry is right down the street. Affordable and fun!

This is a great little Motel! Friendly service, clean rooms, very quiet, and a great view of the bridge. Not to mention affordable. Best part about it is it's away from downtown Mackinaw and all the chaos! Would stay here again without hesitation!

Fabulous, independently owned motel! Our room was spacious and superbly clean. Pool and hot tub area was also spotless. Owners were extremely helpful and you.cannot beat the location! We highly recommend!

What a great little, family owned hotel. I always pick family owned business over chain hotels, every time. The manager was super nice guy, he let us check in early, because no one was in our room the night before. Lucky for us. The view is amazing and the lighthouse, fort, bridge and downtown is walking distance. The rooms were super clean and so was the pool and hot tub. We stayed 2 nights, 7/10 & 7/11. The beds were standard hotel beds. There was an ice machine, so we could refresh our coolers, for free. I would like to see mini fridge in each room. Maybe other rooms had them, but ours did not. Also, the pool was open until 11:30. I would like to see "adult" hour from 10:30-11:30. But thank you for a great safe place to stay, we will return next year!!

Clean. Upper room floors rattle when people use the stairs. Room 201's view of the bridge is obstructed by the roof. Price is good, location good too.

Pretty standard small motel. Seemed clean. Courteous staff. No breakfast. The winter price was good (but it gets higher in the summer). I liked the LED lights in the rooms, but the energy savings were certainly offset by the electric heating!
