Clean rooms and a lovely staff! Warm and friendly, much better than a traditional hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exceptionally clean and kept. Always warmly greeted. We have been staying there for several years and always welcomed each year. Highly recommended.

Very cute! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool temp was great. I enjoyed my stay here. We had the basic room, which was a little tiny, but there were 3 of us in 1 room. I think the size of the room is perfect for 1 to 2 people. I would stay there again.

This hotel offers a friendly and budget conscious way to settle in the Mackinac area for a few days. The great: fantastic location, excellent staff, beautiful grounds. The good: evening wine & cheese, morning breakfast, heated pool, clean rooms. The not so good: all the good things are small or or otherwise leave one wanting. The wine offered in the evening was cheap wine available in any convenience store. The breakfast was served in a very small room and lacked selection & variety. The pool was closed early in the evening and not opened until late in the morning, so we never had time to enjoy it since we wanted to be out and about during the day. The room was fine, but had dated decor and offered no amenities like a fridge, in room coffee, or easy phone charging. All in all, I would stay again if I needed to save money, but not if I wanted a top up north experience.

This is the place we always stay if we are staying in Mackinaw. Owners are very pleasant, rooms are comfortable. There is a continental breakfast and wine and cheese in the evenings. They also have a heated pool. Another reason we enjoy it is the beach and the walking area are right across the street. We prefer the smaller places instead of the big chains. It's worth checking out.

Right near the water, handful of restaurants and bars about 3-5 blocks away. Pool was nice and warm and rooms were very nice. Recommend the keyhole for drinks

It is a small hotel, very charming. Friendly owners. They have wine and cheese in the evening and a breakfast in a darling (albeit small) room with soft music playing. Not fancy, but lovely.

Very quaint, relaxing, clean and well taken care of!! The owners are so pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Would stay again in a heart beat!! We were traveling on a motorcycle and a big storm was coming in the day we were suppose to leave. We decided to stay another night instead of traveling in the storm. Or room we were in wasn't available for an extra night so we had to change rooms. The housekeeper moved all our bags, helmets, saddle bags & riding gear for us while we went out exploring the town. I enjoyed staying in another room and experiencing a different theme!! It's a very romantic inn!!
