I just purchased my fifth Lexus from Lexus Santa Monica, Ron Holbrook. I go back there every time because of the great experience and I know I get the best deal there. I am very pleased with my new car and in a few years I will be going back there. I trust Ron and appreciate his courtesy, professionalism and every time I walk away feeling good about my purchase. Why would anyone in the LA area go anywhere else?

Stop in and see Enrique if you want the best deal! I was referred to him by co-workers and friends, and it was the best decision I made. He will work a miracle to get you what you want, at an affordable price! He was absolutely amazing and sooo patient when I couldn't choose between two cars. He was so sweet and didn't rush or pressure me, at all. He will definitely make it work, so you drive away in your dream car. I got my dream car and couldn't be happier with him and the amazing service at Santa Monica Lexus. I would give 10 stars if I could! Choose Santa Monica Lexus if you want your dream car, you won't regret it. I'm in love with my brand new 2018 Lexus IS 300 F-Sport! :)

I normally don't write review but the buying was fantastic, fast, smooth and stress free. The best car experience I have ever encountered even better than the Mercedes dealer. I found my sales man Enrique through Yelp, people say a lot of good things about him. I decided to give him a try. I call him to set up the appointment for the car I want, he was very responsive and courteous. His car knowledge and customer service skills is top Notch. He texted me the information about the car before I arrived and when I arrived he has the car ready waiting for me to test drive. He was not worried about the dollar but to get me the car that I wanted in my term that works best for me. Enrique was able to save me a lot of money. The valley parking guy was awesome and Almond who do the finance was great. Almond is very friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Enrique for your car need either purchase or lease. He will take care of you.

From beginning to end, the experience was super. Everyone treated me professionally, courteously, and with expediency. Jennifer Ellis, my salesperson and coordinator made sure everything was ready, and that I was in and out without difficulty. My experience could not have been better. Jennifer was pleasant and professional. Everything was done as promised.
Super product, and super people.

Alex Morales at Santa Monica Lexus was a pleasure to do business with at all times! Going to a car dealership is kind of like going to the dentist (you have to go but don't want to)! Alex actually changed my mind about this fear and was upfront and honest about everything. There were no "surprises"! His colleagues in Finance, Matt Stein and Lamont Davis were also exceptional! I could not have had a better experience!

Another great car-buying experience at Lexus Santa Monica.
My wife and I were ready to buy our second Lexus, an RX350, and after checking around online, decided to place a request for some info from Lexus Santa Monica, from which we had purchased our first Lexus several years back. We were contacted immediately by Jennifer Ellis, who answered all our questions and even provided us an out-the-door lease quote online.
We decided to come in and test drive. We were greeted right away by Jennifer, who was very unassuming and personable. We never felt pressured or even uncomfortable, which we both really appreciated. My wife is highly allergic to salespeople and the two of them hit it off. She worked with her manager to get our monthly payment down a little and we were out the door within a couple hours of arriving. Unbelievable.
If you are in the market for a new Lexus, which you most likely are or you wouldn't be reading this review, I highly recommend contacting Jennifer Ellis to take care of you. One of the best car-buying experiences we've had. Thank you Jennifer and Lexus SM!response / report this review -

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Lexus in Santa Monica. Jimmy Kim took the time to listen to and understand what I was looking and which car would best suit me. I felt confident and that I was making informed decisions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to work with Jimmy to get what they want for the best deal possible.

Wow!!! I was struggling to purchase a new Lexus, running around LA Lexus dealers and I ran into SALLY from Santa Monica Lexus - she was so nice and really helped me get what I want with my budget. She is very real with you and builds a friendly relationship that I haven't seen before through other dealers. Overall, 5 stars and if I could, I would give 6 just for this dealership. Thank you SALLY, I LOVE my new Lexus F Sport

Enrique was my sales consultant and he was amazing!! I followed him from Lexus Beverly Hills because he is simply the best! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had provided excellent costumer service. I told him exactly what i was looking for, and he was able to quickly work out a deal within my budget. No games or tricks, no going back and forth, just very honest and straightforward. This guy is the real deal! Thanks again Enrique for your transparency and hard work!! I will be sure to send all my friends to you.
Once I was ready to go, Zack showed me everything I needed to know about the car. Zack and Enrique even said I could text them after if I have any questions about the car.

Enrique helped get me into my new lease. I am a first-time Lexus customer and he walked me through the different models in my price range. He took his time and made sure I really understood each of the cars, the pluses and the minuses. He knows ALOT about all the Lexus models. We settled on 2 dif possibilities and test drove both. He taught me about each of the cars while driving--without any sales pressure. We looked at the math on each of the cars, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it all happen. He worked hard to get me into the car I'd chosen and as an added bonus, they had the exact car I wanted in stock (I mean exact car). He is a friendly, approachable person and is highly service-minded. It's 24 hours later and he called me back on a Sunday night to answer a simple question for me. He is easily the best and I will definitely work with him again. Added bonus: the other sales people were also really friendly and helpful.

I leased a brand new es350 Sean was the Salesman, he was great! Not a typical pushy car sales guy. Very nice guy he took his time to show me different cars to choose from. I had a great experience with him. I highly recommend him.

My boyfriend and I test drove a few used Lexus's at this location. I asked up front.. "So, the credit check is a soft check, correct?" They assured me that it was.
That is why I really wanted to post a picture of one of the three life lock alerts that I received regarding that "soft check". It wasn't a soft check at all, and I am posting this because I am a bit tired of the shady used car dealers that will say 'anything' to get you in that office so they can do a write up.
Now, the alert says "This alert has been dismissed and archived, no further action is needed". That does not mean I am not getting dinged for it. It means I acknowledged it was me, hence Lifelock will not be alerted to fraudulent activity. If it was a "Soft check" as they promised me two times that it would be, I would not have been alerted in the first place.
On top of the fact that they tried to sell us a used car for over $5000.00 of the blue book price. I mean, they would not budge even 1000.00 down from 27,000 + on a car that was at most worth 22,000, and that was rounding up on Kelly blue book. Second car in 2 years and super happy with Roxanne who once again made the transaction very smooth. We talked the details over the phone, walked in and signed a few papers and the car was ready to take home. beautiful!

They really made an effort to make you comfortable here. Really informal and casual. Lounge area is spacious all they need to small deli for cold sandwiches and you can just hang out there all day. Staff very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable.
