We had a great experience at Galpin VW when we bought our Jetta TDI. We highly recommend Galpin and Aaron Hedensten--he provided great service, he is highly knowledgable and a really nice guy. Aaron helped us get exactly what we wanted; so we got back with him recently and he helped us buy back the lease and purchase our car. I highly recommend Aaron and Galpin VW! I will not go anywhere else to purchase our next new car. Thanks so much!!!

Great price and fine customer service. I would give five stars, but there were a couple of hiccups during the sales process: (1) there was miscommunication between my salesman and the sales manager re: my "out-the-door" price, and whether that included the VW corporate $4000 contract credit or whether that would be applied after sales tax and license fees; and (2) my e-Golf wasn't charged when I was ready to drive home the vehicle. To their credit, the sales manager quickly resolved my dissatisfaction with the final sales price by agreeing to what my understanding of the transaction was, and my salesman charged my car and drove it to me when it was a convenient time for me to be home to receive the new car. No car sales experience can be entirely smooth sailing, but I appreciate how the staff at Galpin did their best when we hit a couple of bumps in the road.

AWFUL TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SALESPERSON DANA SINGLETON!!! My boyfriend and I were initially interested in a Volkswagen vehicle we spoke to the sales person named Dana before we even physically went in, we indicated we were looking for just a small SUV and would be interested in other brands of cars besides Volkswagen, nonetheless Dana had told us it was fine and he would take care of us, we had an appointment for the next day at 11AM. We were there a little early, he met with us after about 10 mins, then he asked us if we were still interested in Volkswagen, after speaking to my dad who is an insurance salesman for the past 30 years he advised me not to. I told him that and his sales associate gave him a look and they both laughed at us. Since we were told that he had access to all Galpin vehicles we had no idea why we couldn't be helped? On top of everything I am aware that I look to be about 18 but I am really 25, as soon as he saw me in person he and his associates completely had age discrimination toward me, probably he assumed that I had no money, when in fact I went in there completely ready to write a check. He showed us about 15 cars, in the VOLKSWAGEN LOT, he treated us from then on out like he didn't care at all about our business. He didn't try to sell us any other vehichle and was certainly not interested in showing us anything besides what he had in the lot, he is lazy and unprofessional and certainly the furthest thing from helpful. We left after about 20 mins of our wasted time and WILL NEVER COME BACK! HORRIBLE SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!!

Wouldn't buy a car any other place. Ask for Jay Goldman, the most friendly and efficient sales guy you'll ever meet. Tell 'em Mark sent you. On site restaurant, nicely equipped waiting room while your car is serviced, a fast and honest contracts department that speeds you through paperwork (especially if Jay is your sales guy ;-).

Loved the service center, they're mod friendly and I definitely recommend my service advisor Daniel. Staff was very friendly and I didn't have any problems. The dealer isn't the biggest but one of the salesmen told me they have multiple lots. Probably going to make this my go to dealership for my regular service visits.

Jason made it easy for me to come and simply test drive a Tiguan, he was fully aware that I simply wanted to test drive cars to conduct research on my perfect car. And he respected that instead of pushing me to buy, even though it was the end of the month to meet quotas. He understood what I wanted and asked what were the other vehicles on my list. He rather have me test them all, and come back if the Volkswagen was the one. Simple in and out. And I definitely came back.

This review is for Andrew Aul, we all know Galpin is a great place in terms of qualify selection and speciality vehicles. But still we fear the dreaded sales person, Andrew was enthusiastic professional and genuine. I'm a car guy and have come across the worst sales people ever, but Andrew was outstanding.
So if you are looking for a car and it's at Galpin and you want a good sales person that really will help you definitely go with him!
My wife and I have been Raptor hunting and at one dealership the other guy was so unknowledgeable he said the Raptor was still a V8 and had a 6.2 and treated me like I was an idiot when I told him it was a twin turbo V6. Then there's this other guy who got my name phone number and email address said he would call me the next day and he never followed up with me.
Andrew not only knows cars he's very passionate about them as well. It makes it easy when making a major purchase instead of you the customer having to educate the sales people on how the car works.
So go with him if you actually want to BUY and not have somebody try to be pushy and SELL you a car.response / report this review -

Steve Rodgers is the best. I leased my second car through him last night and I could not be happier. He makes sure that you are taken care of and goes above and beyond to guarantee the best deal he can get. He is seriously the nicest and most caring salesman I have ever worked with. I will be buying every car from him. I highly recommend him and the Galpin team.

Steve Rodgers just got me into a new lease two months ago and it was the most seamless experience! He is one of the nicest most genuine people I've ever met in my life! He truly cares about your wants and needs. Definitely not your typical car salesman. He's a top notch product specialist and knew the answers to every question I had. He made me feel like a friend; someone I can really trust! I recommend Steve to everyone I know. In addition, he loves animals and works a lot with the local rescue shelters! What an awesome guy. Seriously, Thanks so much for everything Steve!! You're such a great guy!!!
