This is the second time we've eaten there with horrible food. I thought we'd give it another chance after the last time but we were disappointed once again. The burgers were very dry and plain- no flavor what so ever. Service was average until I co.plaoned about the food, I literally took one bite out of my hamburger and they wouldn't discount it at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING! We will never be returning and will be sure to spread the word!

I think the food sucks I had the fish that hadn't seen water in a year, straight from the freezer to the fryer. The wife had country fried steak the same freezer to the fryer and the garlic mashed potatoes came out of a box. Zero stars for this dump!!!

We came here tonight and it is the worst place i have been to. First of all the waitress sucked, i had to get my own refill on coffee after waiting for 30 mins. It took over an hour to get are food and the fettuccine Alfredo was the worst. The remodeling is not only new is paint and pictures that is all i saw i wouldn't ever go back there.

I was excited to go check this out after they were closed for remodel. The only upgrades I noticed were the seating was re-upholstered and the service was way better than it used to be. The lunch menu was way smaller though. :-(

The prime rib was cooked well. It had zero seasoning. The salad bar was just okay. The wait staff was slow and uninspired. I stayed in the hotel for business. Based on the service and the quality vs. price I would not return.

Very, very poor service.
Walked into restaurant and was seated and water was served, and that was it. People stood in the kitchen and talked, but no one came to serve us or even pretend to care. Some tables were served , but the food looked atrocious on the plates. Very unappetizing. We just left no one to say , Don't let the door hit you on the way out." How this place stays open is beyond me. Best Western should never want to associate with such a place, and if they are paying these people, they all need to be fired and replaced with someone who cares about people and service.

Very slow service. Waitress did not seem friendly at all. Chicken was cold on my meal so she had the chef re do it. Husband ate alone. I ate alone. Chef still didn't put the oriental noodles on my oriental salad. Waitress said they were out and didn't tell her!! Say what?? No need to visit here!!

This place is the worst! My wife ordered cocktails from the menu and after two attempts the bar tender told us he only wants to serve beer..
We ordered appetizers.waitress said they only had mozzarella sticks or onion rings..
Ordered dinner: ribeye rare with a baked potato. Wife got chx fried steak. Every was inedible. Chx fried steak was too salty my ribeye was black on the outside and brown insidenot exactly rare. They brought out a new steak but it was bleu and ice cold. I think they cook them from the freezer. The baked potatoes were so cold they wouldnt melt butter. Just go to mcdonalds

Salad-bar had very little, was too cold
French onion soup was lukewarm. Cheese never melted on top. Fish over cooked.

We had immediate seating, which was nice. Our waitress ignored is for quite a while. Finally greeting us and getting our order. The soup, beef and potato, was delicious, but the rest of the salad bar was pretty blah. Our steaks were a good size portion but was tough and stringy.
