  Fair prices and a timely bicycle fix. All done within an hour. Can't complain about that! The staff explained all my options and gave me ways to purchase outside of the shop if my funds didn't match their inventory. Pretty honorable. Willing to order and install for you, so that's also a plus. Overall, the mechanics and staff are worth every penny.

  After a mishap on our travels to Northern Michigan, we needed a bike repair. Stopped in at Latitude 45 and they were so helpful and fixed my bike in a timely manner! Great friendly employees with a wealth of knowledge.

  Bike rack malfunction led to two damaged bikes while on RV trip. Both bikes wheels damaged. Arrived unannounced and they took us right in, evaluated damage, estimated repair costs, and had us back on the road in less than two hours. Great customer service and competence displayed. Would do business with them again I'm a heart beat. Did I also mention this was on a Sunday.

  Great experience. I've spent years prior in the retail sporting industry and these guys are true professionals and genuinely helpful. Refreshing experience considering a lot of the bike shops I've been to down state are really inflexible and rigid. Thanks to Rich and the team for hooking it up with a great setup!

  First time to the store. Avid hiker looking for a replacement trainer. Young guy explained all the options and technologies. Even some they didn't carry. Bought comfortably, and will definitely be back.

  By far hands-down top-shelf bike-shop for Northern-Michigan! What a pleasant surprise to find these guys!!! Say Yes to Michigan and say Yes if you like to bike! Yes if you have never really gotten into bikes yet. All around good place! Great hours.
