I bought great tires from this shop last year and are still under warranty. I called today to schedule an appt to get them rotated and Jim told me that his boss won’t let them schedule any “free” services at this time of the year. I remember waiting a couple hours to get tires on my 2012 Chevy equinox initially, and they wrenched my tires down so tight that a lug but broke off a couple weeks later. My husband fixed it and checked my tires, luckily I had no further issues. Unfortunately, we will not be purchasing anything else from Royal tire as they do not stand up to their free tire rotations with the purchase of their tires.

Very helpful and attentive. They actually saved me money, because their alertness! My daughtet referred me to Royal tire as they also took really good care of her! The prices were very compatible with other places in the area! Rgr workers took time and explained every thing!Good Job Royal Tire!!!

I've always liked this place for honest mechanic work which for many, especially women is hard to find. The guys here never treat you like an idiot or try to pull one over on ya. I had to call back the following day as when i picked my car up, the mechanic was gone for the day. He still took the time to look up the report & answer all my questions no problem. Definitely recommend royal tire!
