I couldn't be happier with Audi Petoskey. This is my first Audi, as I have owned both BMW and Mercedes in the past. I can't even begin to explain how great the Audi experience has been. It is the best car I have ever owned, and going to Fletch's Audi has made the experience even better. I recently took a rock to my radiator, and Charlie in service was friendly, communicative, and helpful! He made me feel like an important customer, and he got me a loaner quick. My repair was done quickly, and without any hassle. I was given a brand new loaner (although it was an A3, and I would have rather had something a little bigger). The service was done quicker that what the estimated wait time would be. The highlight of Audi Petoskey was their head mechanic. When I picked up my car, Will, the head mechanic, came out to personally talk to me for at least 20 minutes. He took the time to explain some of the functions of my car, and give me some tips and pointers. He was SO helpful, and personable. I don't think I've ever had a mechanic take the time to come out and talk to me like that before. I was blown away. He should be in sales, because his people skills and knowledge of Audi is impeccable. I left the dealership feeling great about the service, Fletchs, and buying Audi in general. My car is running GREAT! I am VERY SATISFIED. The proof is the fact that I actually took the time to set up this profile and write this review. It's the least I could do for such great service! Like I said, I couldn't be happier! Thanks FLETCHS! Top notch service! Northern Michigan is lucky to have you!!

I recently bought a used car from Sam Rojas and the service was impeccable. They got me the financial help I needed in order to afford my car and they people were genuinely nice. Sam did a great job with customer service and always being there when I need something done or have questions about my car.
