As soon as I walked in, Alex Rosado, came from around the counter, greeted me, and asked me if he could help me carry the core I was carrying. I was pleasantly surprised. He was very nice and helpful throughout the transaction even tho he was very busy. Also, the front lobby and restroom was clean and inviting. The entire transaction took 15 minutes and was smooth and the price was painless. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone including women and children.

My 2017 new car came with only a tire repair and not a spare tire. I bought the rim and the tire from Langstons. Super nice and took the time to search for the right part and walked me through the process. Hats off to good group of people.

My experience was great until I got back to South East Bradenton with my Toyota Corolla 15"metal rim and found out that it is a 16"rim it was a 112 mile round trip that I was happy to do only because I needed the car to go to work the next day on Saturday but because of getting the wrong metal rim, NOW I have to take a taxi to work and back and do another 112 mile trip to take care of this problem that was not my FAULT. I EVEN WROTE ON MY HAND 🖐️ THE TIRE SIZE AND TOLD HIM THE SIZE AND SHOWED HIM THE SIZE. When I first called, the man on the phone said that there was only one used 15"rim and two new ones and I just couldn't afford the new one so he said he will put it on hold for me and I gave him my name . So when I got there the man behind the counter said NO we do not have any used one but we can sell you a new one for 101.00dollars, I told him that over the phone it was 85dollars for the used one and only 95dollars for the new one, how did it jump up 6 dollars i asked and he said nothing except for, Well I guess I can sell it to you for 95.i asked if he could ask the other people that answer the phone if they remember me calling and he said NO,, THIS IS WHAT MY COMPUTER 🖥 SAYS. IS THERE SOMETHING WE CAN DO TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM ON MONDAY??????????????????!!?!!??

I am writing this review because I am the manager of Auto Upholstery Unlimited in Tampa, FL.
