I have lived in landmark towers for over over 7 years . Few years back I thought about moving out but with the new magements the work is being done professionally. Beautiful Renovated apartments with big space, the balconies here are huge, great view. Hallways carpets fairly new, being vacuumed everyday and often steamed cleaned, Brand new gym and laundry machines are also new. Everyday I leave my apartment I see staff doing their work from cleaning, painting, repairing you name it really impressive.
Excellent changes so for that I love my place.

About this area, there are several shopping centers where you can find almost anything you need.

I love Landmark Towers, LLC I love the staff, Rose is the best! I love there management, they are soo easy to work with and do everything they can and they get you the space that is right for you. Anytime I had a problem it has been immediately addressed and corrected. They have a wonderful security system and when I work late at night I feel very comfortable and secure in the building. There front desk is staffed 24 -7 with very friendly, knowledgable and helpful people. If you need rental space they have very affordable rates.

Well, I can't say enough GOOD stuff about Landmark Towers and L & M Management. We currently operate a business in their 205 S. Whiting facility and were previously at their 101 S. Whiting building. We have been treated well during our tenure here, to say the least. They keep their places clean and safe. The rent is very reasonable. They are always improving the facilities, which we very much appreciate.You cannot beat the location (you are near everyting). We plan to be here for many years to come

If you are looking to live or run a business at one of L & M's facilities, we highly recommend them. You won't go wrong with your choice.

The staff was courteous and prompt to respond to my service calls. I sent an email on a Saturday and the electrician responded within an hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I am a veteran owned massage business in the Stevenson Bldg. Quality and timely service is paramount to increase my appointment hours.

I had to get a state inspection. I have always had a pleasant experience at this shop. The guys are really nice and the manager is very friendly. They got my car in and out pretty fast. I'll always come to this location for my inspections.
