I have been living in the studio apartment at Camden for a year and a half and it was a delight. I want to give a special shutout Elmer and the Maintenance staff who always are friendly and work diligently to maintain and upkeep the community. They are the true reflection of the company. Move in was seamless, no deposit for us and we are far from "wealthy". Checkout was also pretty fast, and was not stressful for the movers. Thank you Camden staff!

Camden Fairfax corner is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. Abdul, the manager, and Susan, the assistant manager are both great. They are responsive and easy to communicate with. They have been able to accommodate my requests and are always welcoming! Just signed my second lease with them and am looking forward to another 15 months here.

This apartment is great for its awesome customer service and friendly staff. Abdul, the manager does a really good job of making sure things get done. The office staff are always so willing to help and are the most friendliest group of people. The maintenance team are friendly as well and does a phenomenal job in what they do. I have been recommending this place to my friends because it is a great place to live. The place is also very pet friendly which is plus!

Top Notch Office Staff and Maintenance Staff, they go beyond my expectations in ensuring my Apartment is in like new condition before my move in. The maintenance staff is quick and courteous in taking care of any issues I had. The Office staff handled any concerns I had quickly and responded back in a timely manner. Every time one of the Office or Maintenance staff sees me they ask " if everything is good, and don't hesitate to let them know if there is something they can do ". The Grounds and Buildings are clean and well cared for. Convenient Location, close to anything you may need, Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery just a short distance, as well Fair Oaks Mall. Great Place to live.

I currently toured the Camden Fairfax Corner property. I have to say that the proffesionalism of the staff is above and beyond. It seems like a great place to live. The property is beautiful and very well kept. I would refer anybody to this property. If you're looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Camden Fairfax Corner.

I have been living at the Camden since 2013. I have received nothing but the best service from the leasing office and maintenance. The location is wonderful especially with my two floor unit. The complex is always clean and the location is always engaged w/concerts and events. I always suggest to my friends and family to move into the Camden.

The unit itself checked off all the boxes – everything I had been looking for in a home: hardwood floors, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, open layout, and breakfast bar/island. I must’ve checked out most if not all the apartments in the Fairfax area within a certain price range, and each addressed one or a couple of the features, but only Camden accounted for all of them. It’s beautiful and affordable, and snuggled in the quiet east end of an otherwise lively Fairfax Corner. The street leading to the complex and main office is decorated with lights that are up all year round, so every night you’re welcomed home by this beautifully lit aisle and I’m a sucker for it. SO PRETTY.
All that said, the best part of the living experience is the people who make it happen. The management team is attentive, responsive, compassionate, and diligent in their efforts to make your time here worthwhile. From my first impression with Joelle to my last interaction with Susie, the staff here serves well as the face of the company, and Camden should be proud to call them its representatives. From the smaller problems (such as a non-working remote or missing package) to any major concerns, the team fights for you – and I owe them my deepest gratitude and a memorable 10 months.response / report this review -

I moved to Camden at Fairfax Corner about 2 months ago and I have to say that it is truly one of the finest and peaceful places I've ever had the pleasure to live in. The management have some of the best customer service I've ever received. Both Karina and Kassandra have been very helpful and dedicated to making sure that my move-in and stay be the absolute best experience for me. One of the best locations to live in by far in Northern Virginia. You will not regret living here. I wish to grow old here!!

This is a great place to live. The management has been great since I've lived here; over 3 yrs now. The manager is very proactive and friendly. The maintenance/service is also very good. A ways back my AC needed to be checked (strange noises). They were on it right away and fixed, with no hassle. I also like that they have upgraded all the lights(LED) in the hallways and on the rest of the property. Nice and bright now! I have one of the upgraded units, and it's very nice. Also, these seem well built. I haven't had any serious sound/noise problems. Also, you can't beat the location. Nothing like being able to walk out and grab a bite to eat, or movie, even coffee.

We lived here at the Camden in Fairfax Corner for 16 months. It was nothing but a pleasure. We would like to thank Mr. Abdol and the rest of their staff for being extremely helpful and responsive at all time. We do recommend this community and wish everyone a great year. Ana&pedram

Amazing apartment complex!. I just renewed my lease to another long-term(15 month) and couldn't be more pleased. Im very happy with the apartment complex- cleanliness, customer service, rental experience.

I have lived in an apartment at Camden Fairfax Corner for 3+ years and have just renewed my lease for another 15 months. The apartments are very nicely outfitted and the common areas are very well maintained. In addition, the office staff (lead by the Manager, Abdul Rateb) is extremely friendly and helpful with any and all matters, and the maintenance crew is very responsive and efficient. I can’t imagine living in any other apartment complex in the Fairfax, VA, area. I can highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an excellent living experience.

I moved here to commute into DC for work, and it has been a fantastic decision. My newly renovated apartment is exceptional. Spacious, comfortable, and feels like home. I have not had a single problem since I arrived about two months ago. The customer service from the management team is some of the best I've ever had. The apartments are spaced out far from one another which is a very smart layout, because I have not heard a single noise from any neighbor. I love the parking garage for my car, the pool, gym, and stores and shops just outside my door. Camden's slogan is "living excellence" and I have certainly felt that here. Keep up the excellent work.
