Gorgeous community and a very helpful staff. I would recommend this community to anyone!!
Incredibly rude leasing agents laughed at me when I quoted a low price range. So offended that I left immediately.
I rate Camden Monument Place a 10 first because of Karleen who works in the house. She's the first face of my beautiful experience. Then the view from all angles is amazing. I love to walk and the calm , relaxing pathways to Walt is breathtaking. All my needs are met with a short walk or car ride. Coming home is something I think of all day and that's so refreshing. This is the priciest place I've ever lived but worth every penny when I think of locations, amenities and Karleen. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
I will give it five stars because I have had a very good experience so far here, people is AMAZING and the location is perfect. However, you need to take more attention to the waste management since some corridors do really stink, also please invest in some security, in my understanding there are no security cameras and its really easy for someone outside the residency to tailgate and get in.
Lived here for over 2 years. The place itself is not bad. The staff are good as well, but the people around the area are awful! Since I've lived there my brand new car (3 months old at the time) has been broken into and damaged along with 12 other cars that night. Vandalism is sky rocket at this location, even with the gates they manage to cut through it and get in. Car windows were smashed, and even left on cinderblocks. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done as I was told. It seams as though there were cars being vandalized and destroyed every so months. I ended up moving a few months after the incident with my car, I no longer felt safe.
Christian at the leasing office is very nice, polite and willing to help, even with the little things.
Located at the corner of Fair Lakes drive & Monument Drive, Camden Monument place is great condo development, close to major shopping malls, shops and restaurants in the Fairfax City
New manager is make a lot of improvements much better than the previous one, Access to buildings needs to be secured still it's easy for anyone to go in without permission!
If you want to move somewhere with a secure parking garage and secure living area, don't come here. In my 15 months of living here, the guest door next to the elevator has NEVER locked, and the garage gate has been broken at least 6 months total. It is currently TIED UP because someone ran into the gate (which reminds me to bring up that people SPEED in the garage; not sure how I'm still alive), and the gate has been broken like this for at least 3 months straight. People have had their packages stolen ($200 of MEDICINE) and we now get random religious solicitors at our door during dinner time.
If you do move here, don't move into an apartment that faces Monument Drive.. Unless you WANT to be kept up by the idiots drag racing all night until midnight.
Don't even get me started with all of the flooded apartments that happened this winter. I can't wait to move. It's a nice location and the apartments themselves are pretty nice, but for the price a lot of the 'amenities' they offer just don't even work.
Editing this review to add on that they're finally fixing the garage gate after 3 months, but now there's reports of sketchy people checking to see if peoples' apartments are locked. Even if the gate is repaired, the guest door gate is broken, and has been broken since I moved in.
