Beautiful hotel with wonderfully historic details. Previously a metal foundry converted to a fine hotel. Cool place with great staff and an excellent dining establishment within. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this hotel. Upon checking in we were informed that our room had been upgraded to the presidential suite, no extra charge. The room was so beautiful, comfortable and spacious and the whirlpool Love it! Already planning on staying again next year!

Excellent location for seeing downtown Lancaster. Great decor - exposed brick, walk in shower, spacious room. Service was very good, attentive and friendly. Decent breakfast.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. It has a lot of great qualities and done really cool concepts such as art for sale everywhere, sketch pass on the room and drawings that are later displayed if you leave them, and a rose I'm every room. It is romantic and beautiful. That being said it also leaves much to be desired. When I arrived at the hotel I inquired about my friends room and rather than checking with the room herself I was handed the phone to talk to the room, this just seems like poor security but it could be coming practice I'm not sure. Also, they didn't have some basic amenities like a clothes steamer, from my experience any higher end hotel has a steamer to borrow on request. There were almost no cups in the room and no silverware to be found. Along with this amenities that they were supposed to have were missing, when we wanted to draw things we couldn't find a pencil or pen anywhere in the room. The staff was mostly kind but gave off an unprofessional feel, with the exception of housekeeping. The housekeeping staff was absolutely perfect, if I could rate just them it would be a full five stars. They were kind and went above and beyond when asked for help.

GREAT room! Very clean & spacious. Great attention to detail and storytelling right down to the sketchpad & pencil left on the desk. Staff were helpful & friendly. Amazing architecture. Nightly turndown service w/chocolate & a rose was a nice surprise. I will be definately be back.

Wonderful hotel! The interior is beautiful, the staff super friendly and the rooms well equipped and super comfy. If I ever have to be in Lancaster again I'll definitely return here!

Went to Lancaster as a spur of the moment road trip and found this hotel on Google. Great place - we enjoyed the art and left a drawing for the elevator. Room was a good size. They surprised us with a turn down service. Also the bathroom and shower were better than expected. Very glad we stopped in.

Gorgeous renovated tobacco factory/warehouse filled with art, flavor and character Good restaurant and a fantastic lounge. Huge bathroom in the suite and a hot tub in suite. .

Cosy hotel that stays away from boring convention of traditional looks. Exposed brick walls and even art pieces hung in the room crediting the artist. Fresh roses placed in the room daily and sketch pad where the guest is encouraged to submit drawings was an incredible touch. A decent complementary breakfast of cereals, toasts, pancakes, and some fruit rounded out the stay.

lots of character in this place. very cool to see the brick and stone wall, the thick wood headers and beams and creaky wood floor. We had a studio room, small but well appointed, comfortable and clean. Check out the bar and have a meat too, food is awesome. i'd easily stay again.
