Great location, friendly staff, and nice rooms! The rooms are modern, well appointed, and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Came in to stay overnight for work. The staff are AWESOME. Kristen and Wendy (front desk staff) both went above and beyond. Staff in the hallways always spoke and wore a smile. It felt like I was welcomed in their home. I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area.

Fantastic experience! Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is sushi that delivers to the hotel and a chipotle/Starbucks/bunch of restaurants within a mile. Comfortable and clean rooms, highly recommend a stay!

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. They have new mattresses which are amazing and give you the best nights sleep ever! Breakfast in the morning was great too. Just what you want in the morning with fresh coffee brewed to go! Service was incredible too. Thank you for the hospitality!

Front desk employee was very nice even at such a late hours. Rooms were also very nice. And the free breakfast was greatjust wish it had bacon.

The location was great, its off the highway so it was very easy to find. We had an amazing baby shower there but the staff seemed burdened more than delighted. The lobby was very nice and clean.

The room was average quality. If one needs a reliable place with decent quality, this meets that need. The staff member helping me was new and very kind. It was nice that for her it was a conversation and not embedded as script yet. If I were to pass through the area again, I would stay here again.

Nice lobby and good breakfast. Unfortunately once your're out of the lobby the hotel is dirty. Carpets in hallways smell and have spots. It's obvious that common area are not cleaned frequently. The room had a musty order. Tried turning on the heat and got an even stronger order coming from the unit. I made the front desk aware of the issues only to get an attitude of indifference. Curtain are torn, bed linen worn, and room carpets long overdue for a shampoo. To bad as this is a perfect location for my frequent trips to Harrisburg.

It's a nice small hotel. Rooms are clean. Laundry room is free to use. There is a small fitness room with a treadmill and free weights.

Got a great deal on this place on a third-party booking site. Room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is probably the best I have ever seen in any 2.5-star hotel, and I have stayed in dozens of them. I'll definitely stay here again when passing through Harrisburg.

The rooms at this hotel are smaller than at other HI Express locations and there is no microwave. The five here is for Shontier who made our stay great. Didn't expect her to lift and swap out our malfunctioning ref but she did as soon as she heard about it. Great hospitality.

An average Holiday Inn Express location. Front desk was friendly and the rooms were clean. Nice quiet room before my flight the next day. Newspapers available in the lobby. Internet was ok (2MBPS down) and the bathrooms were clean.
